Tech 2U was very helpful and responsive o my concerns! I had initially gone in with a problem I had hoped owould be an easy fix but with some discussion I realized it might take some time. For what type of services they offer, their prices might seem high but reasonable and competitive. I paid for rush service and got my laptop back in a few days, and any further problems were readily addressed and handled with outstanding professionalism. Steven is a stand-up technician and extremely helpful!

My problem was not resolved by no fault of theirs. The did their best. Very professional. My issue was an Instant Ink misread by HP that shut down my printer.

I called for service that they determined I did not need because the equipment I had purchased was faulty. They advised me to take it back for a replacement. I did, no charge for the exchange or for Tech 2U service. How nice is that?

Quick, clean, easy just how I like it. They answer questions and provide solutions. Price is what it is...computer repair is generally not cheap but neither is training or education. I have been going here and Ill keep it that way. Oh and they sell computers too but you have to ask. When the computers take over the world, Ill go there first because computers and tech2u are best friends forever.

I was overall satisfied with the service and work. Clinton worked on our computer and kept me updated about the cost and what was found and needed to be done. Each of the front counter staff were very friendly and helpful. The one problem we encountered was that we took the computer home and plugged it in, but it did not deliver to the monitor. The monitor kept reading - VGA no input. We made several calls to the location and received, unfortunately, some mixed results. We had to return to the location the following day to pick up a VGA to DVI connector cable according to one of the techs Id spoken with the day before. Upon our return, Clinton happened to be working at the counter and explained that the new graphic card came with an adapter for an HDMI. Id asked about the short cord the day before and no one knew about it. Clinton said that perhaps he should have included a note in the box. I do agree that would have been very helpful and would have kept us from having to return. I would use their services again and will know to ask a few extra questions before I leave and have more information now about graphics cards and where they are located. I left one star off because of the required return trip and extra hassle that could have easily been eliminated.

Tech 2U fixed my computer and had my desktop back up and running. My computers hard drive contained write errors and they corrected the problem swiftly and professionally. They even cleaned up the internal components and made it look new again. Give them a call with your computer needs and they will take care of you.

Tech2U pulled our *%&! out of the fire a number of years ago. We were desperate for help for our company and they came through in a very big way. If I could give them 6 stars I would. The technician listened to what I said. Wasnt trying to 2nd guess me or doubt what was being stated. Went beyond what I expected to address my concerns. A rapport had been established throughout the process. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend Tech 2U to others.

They tried to overprice me 200 bucks then they worked it down to 100 then on the invoice they put 200 I paid 200 they said they already downloaded chrome and what not. They told me they would reimburse me. First strike. Then I get home to download my apps then I get a error saying I don’t have certain hardware properly installed. Second strike then I called them back nobody picks up then I called back on a different line and then they pick up the guy makes an excuse for why somebody else didn’t pick up the phone. Then he put me on the phone with somebody else that never took my invoice don’t know anything then he tells me is nothing he could do we need to call me tomorrow mind you I pay I came there wasting my gas wasted my time. Don’t take your laptop there they going to mess things up so you can go back

Agree with earlier reviewer, Danny D. Tech 2U makes me very happy that they provided a FREE diagnostic for which if without I would never have driven that 35 minutes to send in my laptop for them to look at. The staff was very clear giving information what to expect and prices etc and responsive to questions. However, the prices are too high although their work should be of quality but do not match their high price tags. We must do our research by calling like 5-10 computer repair companies and go online check other service providers to compare prices and service. I save much money by using another company closer to my home that has almost 5 stars reviews too.

After 6 hours they finally were able to remove an app that they put on my computer. Good job.

Call Friday, 7/30. Could not write on word, and save it to my files.Paid $99.They walked me through the change, and when I tried to do it, nothing happened. Called 7/31 with the promise someone would call me back that day, no call back. Called 8/1, no one in office. I will be happy to retract my review if problem is addressed, but if not, these folks are great rip off artists.

It was ok when they boot it up then it wouldn’t turn on I was scared but they told me it was there monitor so I took it home and turned it on and it worked thank you so much

Aye. They didnt charge me for the evaluation on my laptop and its a super beasr. To fix it would have been hella crazy! But......the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic to my situation.

Davids service, dedication and attention to detail was 1st rate, unfortunately he could not find the definitive cause of my issues, the only answer he could provide is that it was probably a driver or hardware issue that somehow lost compatibility with a program that had run fine for over 3 years, and then suddenly became unstable. My problem with the program still persists, and I have had to abandon using it.

My husband and I had carpets installed and both computers were unplugged and moved. Prior to this, the floor of my work area looked like a rats nest with tangled wires going everywhere!After this amazing company set both our computers up again, all the cords and wires were neatly grouped together and organized so they could not trip me anymore!I would highly recommend this company! I had an issue with my webbrowser, which was fixed remotely that I didnt even have to go into the store to drop off my computer. It works great without redirecting the webbrowser!

I first talked to a rep on the phone regarding my problem, Tony was very helpful, and needed to call me back the next day and continue working on the problem. I was given another tech, and he seemed to be very responsive, however he was not able to help me with the problem, and therefore we scheduled a tech to come to my house and fix the problem . The problem was fixed and I had B come out who is my tech person. He was not only knowledgeable but was able to explain to me in layman‘s terms what was wrong with my computer, and I was so impressed with his skill level and personal persona, I asked for him to come out and do a couple other things with my computer. I am very happy my computer works well . I will definitely call them again if I have any problems and I will refer tech to you in a heartbeat thank you for a great job.

As a first time builder I ran into an odd issue that went way past my ability to search up on YouTube and google. I called Tech 2U and they heard me out. After doing a diagnostics run they were able to find the problem with my cpu fan speed and ram speed of all things. Adjustments were made and at this point I couldn’t recreate the issue if I tried. Promised for a laptop repair ( display screen replacement) 5-7 business days paying extra $50 for a rush job, picked up the unit yesterdayToday, the next day after pick up, the new screen popped out of its casing/cover. Seems like they indeed rushed the job to the point of not securing well the screen. I hope this is only an isolated case; otherwise, their workmanship quality might be declining....

I had a Hard Drive fail on me and took it in to get diagnosed. Though they were not able to retrieve my data, they were super courteous and helpful and ultimately helped me send it off to a specialty store to see if they could help. Their diagnostic and help were 100% free of charge too since they were unable to retrieve the data. I appreciate their professionalism and help!

The representative was patient and understood what I needed done. Heard and responded to my concerns to move information from my old computer to my new computer. Answered my questions on safe storage for my old data as well. Will renew my virus protection in two months with them and continue to use them as I have for the past several years. They do not disappoint.

They help my elderly mother out often from viruses to printer issues. They are extremely patient and helpful with her. Joe came out for a service appointment and my mom is as ecstatic with his service. He is very good at his job and takes pride in his work. Joe solved my mom’s issue and put her at ease.

Tech @U was quick and responsive to my crisis. Everything I do depends on my computers to work, and my host computer went down over the weekend. They worked hard to resolve the issue, but unfortunately they got to a point where they advised me to look at either replacing the hard drive or the computer. I went with replacing the computer, it was quicker to get back up and running. They were great and I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Very cost effective too.

I had a WIFI issue with my Lenovo Laptop that is about a year old. The Tech2U tech came out and had the issue fixed in like less that 10 minutes.

Contacted Tech2U when I didn’t have control of my computer. I realized it was likely due to a scammer who talked me into signing up for a “security” program. I’ve been a Tech2U client for a few years, never had as bad a problem, but the service has always been excellent. I had the tech come to my home. Joe explained what happened and what he needed to do. It took awhile but he fixed it!
