I DM Fine Line Auto Details through Instagram and I wanted to schedule for Saturday which is 3 weeks in advance. They responded within a few minutes that I can schedule on the same day. They took my car as soon as possible and finished on a timely manner. Tommy is the guy to talk to! He gave me an estimated quote and time to finish. Exactly on point! Came to ask for a quote to detail our car, the guy said they were busy for the rest of the week so he ask for my number and said he’ll call me back in a few days to see when he can fit us in…. It’s been over a month and I’ve received no call and probably won’t since I did notice he wasn’t organized because when he ask for my number he grabbed one of his business cards and ask the other guy for a pen so I’m sure that card got lost somewhere! Maybe they should be more organized and have a notebook of customers to call back!

Great experience overall! Tommy really took care of my car from bumper to bumper. Never taking my car anywhere else. The ceramic coat on my car is the best money spent!

By far the best place in Elk Grove to get your car detailed. Prices are way better than anywhere I called in Sacramento, as well as the work they put into detailing my car. Have nothing but good things to say about the business, it’s owner and the staff. I was a bit wary at first as I didn’t know what went into detailing. I thought it was just paying some folks to clean my car for me. But their work and service exceeded my expectations. I’ve learned a lot from them and am now a recurring customer.I took in my 2018 Subaru WRX after a few months of purchase. I noticed the car had lots of swirls and scratches from being exposed to the elements and going through the dealership car washes. I purchased the Silver Package and Tommy did an outstanding job removing all of the swirls. The pictures do this car no justice. It’s beautiful and nicer than when I first purchased it. I get compliments everywhere I go. People think I clear coated my car but it was taken care of very well by Tommy and the crew.Their customer service and attention to detail is also worth mentioning. Although small in size, they make up for it with amazing one on one customer service, follow up, and doing their best to meet and exceed your needs.I’ve learned that there’s more to detailing than what people think. If you want your car taken car of, you go to other car enthusiasts. These guys are honest, hardworking, caring, and above all else, passionate about what they do.

The team over at Fine Line Auto Detailing did an amazing job at deep cleaning my pair of seats before installation. These seats were in storage for more than 5 years and they cleaned them to look brand new.

Timothy and his crew were fantastic! They paid close attention to what we wanted done. We had a Kia Spectra and a Dodge Grand Caravan detailed inside and out. They looked new when we picked them up. They were also fast and full of energy and were done when they said they would be. They even delivered the second car. Could not be happier with the service. They did a great job with the detail work. They took out the scratch marks on my car, you cant even see it anymore. You can see your own reflection once the work is done. Recommend to anyone looking to make their car shine and looks brand new. Will be going back soon

Took my 2016 Black Charger Scat Pack in here a few months ago. I had tried to maintain the showroom finish but was getting water spots. Also had a bad 3M tint on the windows that was hazy. Fine Line Detailing restored the showroom finish and removed and reinstalled a great tint that is not hazy at all!!! Best shop I have found !

Fine Line Detailing is the place to go,they have great customer service and are awesome when it comes down to explaining what they do to your car and how they do it. I brought them my black 1998 Lexus GS400, paint scratches, swirls and dull paint on the whole car. To say the least the car was in extremely rough shape when i brought it in but when it came out, it was like a brand new car. You could see the reflection on the paint again and the car glowed like it came off the show room floor. I highly recommend going in, and talking to Tommy, ask him about what they can do for your car and see the difference for yourself!Thank you Fine Line Detailing!

Got the full interior detail. It was expensive but not more expensive than other places. They shampooed my seats and carpet. They also wiped my dash board and side panels completely. They took care of my components and my cup holders too. Cherry on top was the fact that they wiped my seat adjustment bar on the bottom of my seat (which confirms that they actually combed through the car and cleaned everything. They couldn’t get a few stains out of my upholstery but neither could the detailing place in the Elk Grove auto mall so I don’t fault them; they’re very ground-in stains. I noticed that the polyester around my door handle wasn’t cleaned but I’m not really tripping about it because it’s not dirty. All in all, I will be coming back!

This place is great! The quality is unmatched. The guys at FLD are kind, friendly, and serious about the quality of their work. These guys are very knowledgeable and help make things more understandable for people like me who knew nothing about detailing.The job isn’t cheap, but for the quality work they do it’s definitely worth it! I got a stage 2 detail and at first I thought it was pricey, but after comparing detail shops all around Sacramento I realized it was a good deal. Once I got my car back the difference was night and day.My car looked so good I knew just how hard they had worked to get it there and I was amazed that it was possible. My car looked brand new, with mirror-like reflection all over. The inside of my car was a mess from my kids, but FLD was able to make it look brand new. Again I was amazed!The guys at FLD were very respectful and negotiable and were able to work with me and get me exactly what I wanted. They even brought my car to my house when I was too busy with my kids and without an extra vehicle to pick up my car from the shop. It was a complimentary service they provided for my detail package (stage2) and it was super helpful and convenient for me.I was not only satisfied but my expectations were surpassed and I was amazed at the quality of work they did. I recommend this business to all my family and friends, and I am going to come back again and again for all my car’s cleaning and detailing needs.
