We signed up with this company recently, and paid even more than he asked to get started. They were unresponsive to multiple emails and texts asking if any taxes were due. Turns out we had a tax return due while waiting on a response from them. We ended up having to do it ourselves. Poor service and communication.Update: His assistant Kalisha tried to threaten us for posting our honest experience by threatening to call their lawyer. Also the assistant has it wrong, because we didnt receive any communication we asked for a refund.The next day we spoke to Ken, the owner, who said that he had a conversation with his assistant about her inappropriate responses and texts. We also received a full refund.

Professional and quick. Able to help navigate and answer your tax questions. Ken was fantastic and I really cant recommend them enough.

Tax Season is known to be a pain, but at K. B. Daniel Company its the complete opposite! I have been doing my taxes with this company for years and have enjoyed each experience. With their new website everything is quick and easy. The service is exceptional, every question Ive had is answered in a timely matter and I dont have to hassle them. Definitely would recommend them to everyone!
