They did a wonderful job navigating the byzantine FTB and Secretary of State system on my companys behalf. I cant imagine trying to untangle all of that myself. If I had tried to continue doing this on my own, between waiting on the phone for hours and mailing/faxing documents back and forth, we would STILL be unsuccessfully trying to resolve this issue today. Having Bethanys help in going to the counter on our behalf made a world of difference and saved so much time and money. Their service really is priceless.

What an amazing group of professionals. I called in a panic one morning as our company was suspended due to FTB issues and SOS had the entire matter taken care of in the same day. I recently had an issue with the FTB that caused my business to lapse into suspended status for about a week, even though I had documents of all payments and filed taxes. This was pretty much a matter of form letters being generated quickly on the FTBs part to put my entity into suspension, even though one payment that had been requested was in the mail and all others had been submitted. Fortunately, the folks at FTB Revivors helped immediately. I reached out to Steve on email on a Friday evening before a holiday weekend, and he was quick to respond. I provided all documentation and proof of payments to FTB Revivors and they went to the FTB counter in Sacramento on my behalf to get the issue resolved. I hate that we have to resort to this, but Im glad FTB Revivors exists and provides this service to get your business back into active status.

California has a gotcha that SOS was able to resolve for me in less than 24 hours which is extraordinary. Through a mountain of paperwork and knowing the system, including having relationships established with the Franchise Tax Board, SOS came through and resolved a suspended LLC for me.Unbeknownst to most would be business people is the State of Californias requirement that you file a tax return and pay $800 in state business tax the minute you form your LLC....even if you have no operations. 🤬 They typically dont get you until you actually do something like file a tax return. One of the many things that frustrates people about doing business in California. People...you are supposed to make it easier; not harder.If you can get the paperwork and cash together on the fly, SOS can help you revive an LLC in a veritable instant. So grateful!
