Enjoying country in the park. The lines were insane but worth and bathrooms were shared lol everyone trying to make a peaceful body cleanse. Totally a great night at country n the club :)

This review is for the 2021 summer festival. The parking/admission fee was pretty decent, it had a great atmosphere and it was fun. The reason Im giving it 2 stars is for a turkey leg i bought for $20. It was probably the worst turkey leg I ever had. For $20 i was expecting something decent. I ended up throwing the darn thing away

Several events happen here at the fair grounds. Not much happening for the last year and a half. No state fair the last 2 years. I love going to the fair. I hope the shows return soon. Raging waters water park I believe is back open. They have some great water slides.

First time back at this park in years and was disappointed in what I saw for how much it cost to get in. Almost everything was shut down today Lazy River got closed after about an hour of being open they closed almost all the slides. As you are walking into the park it tells you what attractions will be closed that day only one was listed on that board come to find out there was about 5 which is pretty much all the slides in the park the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting its like they hadnt been cleaned and over a year I arrived in the Park when it first opened and the bathrooms were horrifying. I stayed hoping I would have a better experience staff was okay I waited in line for over an hour to get food just to either have cold food or burnt food. This use to be one of my favorite parks to go to but I am not sure what is going, but Im going to need them to get it together because the amount of money my family had to spend for all of us to be there today to be turned away from so many slides and be treated the way we were was just unacceptable.

Raging Waters is the best! Im so happy theyre open! I hope they can recover from a whole season of no income. Its my favorite place to be in the hot Sacramento summer!

I have been to Raging Waters a few times but yesterday was a complete loss of our day! We bought our tickets a week prior. We registered it said on the website that visitors were limited so registration was required. We got there at opening time...the line was HUGE. People were buying tickets at door so how is that limited. They had 6 or 7 rides closed so everyone was concentrated in 3 areas it felt SUPER crowded and NO ONE...but us a maybe a handful of people were wearing masks, even in line. Had I known all this, I wouldnt have paid over $200 to go. My sister in law bought a cabana. By the time we walked thru the huge lines and they took is too it, it was 12pm (park opened at 11). They took us to the last cabana in the park where all the rides were broken and no kid areas weren, she had spoken to a manager because they canceled the cabana as they double booked it and someone called her to change it. She made it very clear that she wanted an area close to kid areas so we could watch the kids...we also had a 2 mth old with us! A manager was called, it took about 45 mins for us to get someone else who wasnt even the manager, he then went and spoke to the person in charge and came back to tell us that we had to go talk to her because she was pregnant and didnt want to walk in the heat!! Nothing was resolved we were left in the boonies walking a mile away to take kids back and forth to the 2 areas they could get into. Again, because so many rides were closed...everyone was concentrated in the SAME areas which made it a Covid campground!! I was SO uncomfortable the whole time there. Not only that but they closed the park down at 4pm instead of 6. The lunch lines and drink lines were a minimum of 1 hr waits and food is expensive!! $14 for a hamburger and fries! $32 for a whole pepperoni pizza with NO cheese on it...we ate bread and pizza sauce!! We wasted so much time at that place and MONEY! I did NOT get my $200 worth of fun. We spent over 2 hrs waiting in lines and waiting for a manager to help us. Just ridiculous!!!

This place is always fun for my family.

Went there for foodieland, 9/3/21was packed, lines were not organized cross each other confusing for attendees.

One of the largest Water Parks in California, Golden Bears, grass, flowers, sculptures, happy smiling people, awesome security personnel, State Fair, huge parking lot, easy access, safe, plenty of fun for everyone.

Well we whent for the vaccine and it was very fast.

Im an essential worker & received my Covid vaccine at Cal Expo today. It was a well oiled machine & everyone was kind, knowledgeable & efficient.

Went here last year for the sportsmans expo. It was awesome. Due to covid I dont think its gonna happen this year. But, this visit was for a covid test held by baseline through rite aid. It was easy and well organized. you have to present your ID and reference number with your windows rolled up

I am so glad cal expo and raging waters came back to business in this year 2021. THANK YOU CAL EXPO 👍🏼👍🏼

The expo that I went to, was the Chrismas expo. It was kind of generic, very crowded, and the food was not great. If I had little ones, Im sure the experience would have been much different!
