I always have such an amazing experience with motive car care. JAMES works on my car whenever I have a problem, he works with me. He did such a crazy amount of work on my car. Gives me great deals and my car always comes back without any concerns. I have always struggled with finding a trusting mechanic and now that I found one I am constantly telling everyone about him and Motive Car Care. Don’t take your car anywhere else!!!

These guys are the best!!! Literally if you want good honest people working on your cars than this is the place. They have fixed multiple cars my husband and I have owned over the years. They even fixed problems we didnt think could be fixed. I have had them even charge me less then they originally quoted which is un heard of. As a woman who has been scammed by so many shops in the past it means a lot to find a place that I can trust. I recommend all my friends and family to them. Way to go guys!

Absolutely the best repair shop Ive ever worked with. They dont steer you into anything you dont need, do excellent work, and always have your vehicle ready when they say they will.We continue to bring our Toyota, Subaru, and Honda here, even though we moved out of the area a few years ago.

Today was my second or third time visiting the shop which was recommended by my mechanic at alignment Specialties... I highly recommend the shop as they are very professional and very quick even when I come as a walk in. Its also nice to know that I feel like I can trust the staff especially when it comes to smog which can be a little nerve-wracking when you have an older car... they make the process smooth.

Called various places for smog check prices, and this place had the best deal. $30 with a retest and certificate. Which is great in case it didnt pass. Called two days before and made an appointment that worked with my schedule. The waiting room is great, really clean and comforable with free water, and a playing area for kids as well.

When you have an auto issue take it to motive they will straighten it out guaranteed, Sean is a very personable guy

Motive Care is the only car repair shop I will go to because I can trust them to have my car repair correctly, when they do a repair job you can trust that its going to be done right and I dont even trust the dealership to repair my car but I do trust Motive Care.

The shop was very nice when i did a walk in . My child also had a great time waiting, due to there nice waiting area with nice blocks, and a hot wheel table for my 1 year old to play on . Also they gave me a diagnostic test really fast for a lower price than previous place I’ve checked at. Thank you, will make this my car DOCTOR !

James and the crew at motive are honest mechanics. I know sounds strange to hear those two words together but its true. My family has brought our vehicles to motive since they opened and they have always done a great job.

Motive is the only place I will take my cars to be smogged. They have good prices, they always have coupons available, they are nice and quick and they dont try to jerk you around. Shawn and his crew are professional and get the job done and get you on your way. I have never had the slightest problem with them and I have been taking my cars to them for years and will continue to.

Okay. I dont often leave reviews but this place is outstanding. Friendly staff! I got my o2 replaced and my rotors shaved in my 02 mercury villager. They cleared my check light AND fixed my squeeky door without even mentioning it or an additional fee. It was cheap and my car has never run or sounded better! It took a bit longer than expected, but to be fair I added a brake pad change too. Not to mention that Id rather have quality opposed to speed. Im really happy with them! Thanks Motive Car Care!

This place is beyond terrible. They were so cocky on fixing my nissan 97 and cpuldnt even find the problem. James was so rude amd very disrespectful. I was nice as i possibly can be and when i had called to ask any status on my car he quickly shun me out. They had my car for few days and had done nothing . i will not advice anyone to come here

Execelent everything. I brought my car here the garages were full i was out in an hour and a half. It only cost me $120 anywhere else would of been $700 plus. Being as more got fixed than i went in for. If your looking for honest hard working people that actually care then go here. I wont go anywhere else. And im one that says if your not a chevy dealer dont touch my car. I made an exception cause a friend referred them and im glad i did. Thank you.
