I contacted them to file a claim. I spoke to John the representative of the insured & all I received was a condescending tone & very poor service. He was telling me I have no claim. Well it is not for him to determine that! He is a Broker & not the insurance company! Then I called back after hanging up on John cause he was just to rude to deal with! I then called back I asked 2 very simple things of the receptionist Johns e-mail & the Insurance companies e-mail & she proceeded to stone wall me not offering me the Insurance companies e-mail only Johns e-mail the guy I had just told to F--k off earlier. Its really disturbing how this Insurance agency stone walls those who seek to make a claim. These two people brought out the worst in me & I am upset with them & myself for letting it happen! It brings me no joy to use foul language...

This is great company, normally Im always speaking with Mickie and Bobbi and they are always really professional and helpful. Every time that I need a certificate Mickie always exceeds my expectation. Thank you
