In my opinion - Not great experience. She is my agent for flood insurance on my home. Can never get anything other than voicemail when I call. Have been attempting to get a HELOC with my bank. Loan officer has complained to me repeatedly that she has been non-responsive in getting him a lender endorsement. Since hes contacting me for help, Ive left her a couple of messages; have yet to hear back from her or anyone else in her office. Ridiculous customer service!
