I loved the staff, they were so non judgemental. There was a schedule issue the day I was supposed to get it out and they rushed to make sure I got it out. Highly recommended this company.

I called to confirm an appointment. Thought that Id be able to drop car off because thats what they told me and it was not true. I had to stay with the car. Just so yall know. Also you have to take your cat around the back of the building. No one told me that. Other than that the prices are great!!!

Lifer safer monitor would not turn on after I got off work Friday, I called the office and they basically told me they can’t call a technician and they can’t call a tow. So they basically said you’re on your own.

Matt was really nice and the power went out and i think they should get a generator but he was really professional and straight forward.

Always quick in amd out guys working there are always professional.

They helped a bad situation turn into a less complicated one and their device is proven to be reliable....i would not trust anyother source in this field

DONT USE THIS COMPANY I promise you will regret going.There just not willing to help through these tuff times I understand there a business but people are struggling to make ends meet. But there devices will have malfunctions and they still try to charge you. Just heads up worst place to get your I.e.d from so don’t go there. They add all these Extra fees to get as much money as they can.

This place is awesome Kris and Nick do amazing work. Always friendly and work with you through any problems and questions you might have. Having an interlock isn’t fun but they make it pretty seamless as long as you do your part!! I recommend them to anyone having to deal with this! It can be a hassle, but it doesn’t have to be.

I’ve been a lifesaver client for quite a while by now and I wanted to mention Chris who’s one of their technicians. My appointments go by quick with him, he’s always down to have a conversation while servicing my breathalyzer. I’m all set before I even know it !

Kris was always helpful and friendly. Seems to love what he does and is good at it. Because of him, it turned a bitter visit to a good one.

If you have to have one this is the place to go easy in easy out no hassles....

Nick and Matt were extremely helpful. Nothing but great service every time I take my vehicle in. The boys deserve A FIVE STAR rating for sure. I am unfortunately early terminating and going to a competitor due to the lack of communication and support lifesafer no longer gives. Another problem I have is the attitudes and customer service the call center gives every time I call in. So, since I’ve had a great experience with the boys, this company gets two stars. The lack of stars is for all the bs and extra stress I had to deal with from the office that almost ever time gets squashed at the time of my appointment buy these two guys.Thanks again boys!!! Awesome customer service. If you need a breathalyzer machine installed in your vehicle this is the one you want to go with! The technicians know what theyre doing and they can install on any vehicle, even a brand new push button.

This place is terrible ther just a money making business they dont care if ur car wont turn on the next date due to ther fualt i had an appointment scheduled and when i called to confirm it they said they had never scheduled a date i had to pay 35 on top of calibration and other fines dont waste ur time and go to a different interlock place

Impossible to get them by phone; their customer service is non existent.
