Unlike the rest of these these folks having bad experiences mines was gud. The homie with dreds always was cool and was always very understanding & helpful. I’d recommend Alco to my friends if they ever had to go threw this. Which I wouldn’t wish this experience to my worst enemy.
It sucks and it has completely unreliable readings
Very easy, came by they explained whats going to happen then signed some paper work and watch the introduction video by that time the device was already installed. Yes sometimes the device doesnt catch your breath but they explain it to you not to turn the car off but unplug the device and plug it back in. If you forgot and messed up they will be flexible and will help you out step by step which didnt happen once, but Thank God the people where nice and understood my situation especially which this pandemic going on and helped me out.
They actually went to the tow yard and installed it at the tow yard so I could get my car out. have not seen it yet.
This company is a SCAM! Their device is not working properly and gives so many refusals and they charge you $40 every time. My dad, he is 70 years old, installed this device voluntary for his safety. With this pandemic situation in the country, he is afraid of getting the COVID19 and uses sanitizer all the time before getting into the car. The device is so sensitive that it catches the alcohol from the sanitizer. They charge you $40 even for that. Based on their policy, that means that he is not supposed to use the hand sanitizer and is better to catch the COVID19??? They are supposed to be more flexible especially during this COVID19 pandemic situation, but they do not care. They make profit out of it. This company definitely needs to be reported.

This.place needs to work on their customer service, its unacceptable the way they treat people. I would think that you would want to make the customer satisfied with your product and/or service or at least it should be. Not to mention they do overcharge for everything and have faulty devices. Just read all the reviews. I wish I would have before coming to this location.
Same as other reviewers. I wouldn’t recommend this company. The frequency that you have to breath is unacceptable compare with other companies. My commute is about 5 mins and I have to breath about 3 times. Also their device keeps failing once a week. I have talked to tech but he only recommends that I bring it for diagnostics only if it fails on a daily basis.
Great service, but the device is the problem. Too many test refusals. The power stays on for EVERYTHING else but test retakes, and they are excessive early. And thats $40 a pop. You should have five minutes regardless if you accidentally turn car off. And some of these test refusals are suspicious. This might turn into a class action. This location is amazing, the problem is the device and parent company.
They charge you 40$ for a code to unlock your vehicle when their device fails. Tells you its your fault. Its a nightmare and definitely a scam. This company needs to be reported.
These guys need to be sued, the level of shadiness is unbelievable. If I could leave you guys a no star review I would.
STAY AWAY from this ignition interlock device. Their devices are prone to have huge problems that will cost you hundreds of dollars. There devices keep sending reports of test refusals when in fact I have been following through with their breath tests. Save yourself some money and find another place to have your ignition interlock installed.

I have had this divisive in my truck for 2 years and 4 months and have had trouble every since this morning 8-23-19 I was driving to work I handed to keep unplugging and plugging it back in lke14 times 45 min Ive had like 6 different akco alert breathalyzer out in my truck this is getting old now I have to miss work today to travel an 1 and a half to get it fixed horrible.
Dont use this service for you interlocl device. There are several flaws in the programming of the device and they will charge you 40 dollar fees for retest refusals that occur as a result of programming glitches.
