Very efficient from the time I called to ask for help with our washer to the moment I got a call asking how my service was after completion. They sent a confirmation of the appointment window and the service tech alerted us the exact time of arrival 40 min prior to arrival. He was on time, diagnosed issue, picked up the parts and completed the service that day. It was a reasonable repair fee. This was the easiest and most hassle-free experience. My Dacor oven completely stopped working. I called my main go to company and they were a whole week out! I had Airbnb guests so I most definitely couldn’t wait a week! I called these guys here at Prime Appliance Repair. They were amazing! I told them my situation and their oven repairman Jason stayed after 5pm to get our oven serviced the same day! He said he could fix it immediately on site and didn’t need to order any expensive parts. Within an hour he had fixed the main control board on the oven. I was so relieved! And their prices are reasonable too. Prime Appliance will now be my Go To appliance repair company for my house and Airbnb rentals.

I got hustled by the repair person (Paul) for 200$ to lubricate two knobs on my stovetop. He came in knew what the problem was suggested that I would maybe need an entire new countertop for 560$ at which time I told him I would buy one and get back to him to install it. Suddenly he could figure out the problem after that and began bartering to fix it for 250$ I agreed to 200$ he sprayed the parts put them back on and left. I would not ever use this place again I dont get down with unethical business practice like this! 🤬

Response to my broken refrigerator was immediate same day service. Cost to repair was kept at a minimum. Highly pleased with repair rather than replacing the 30 year old built in model!

They showed up first thing in the morning day after I called and had my microwave running normal again in about an hour. Thanks for the good work!
