Omar came to repair my iced up refrigerator Used shoe covers and wore a mask the entire time he was working. Explained the problem and gave us options on the repair. Faulty sensor was replaced and the fridge is running great.

After two visits with repairs, my KitchenAid refrigerator and freezer are performing perfectly- drawer repaired, freezer keeping ice cream hard, ice maker producing ice - all is well with refrigerator.Omar’s Strengths: knowledgeable, does what he says and in a timely manner, affordable, responds to all telephone calls/messages left, courteous, respectful. So our fridge went capoot and our freezer wasn’t making ice or getting cold and the fridge wasn’t cold. So I had to look for someone to come out and fix it, cause I don’t want my food going bad. So I called Sacramento Appliances Solutions off of Marconi Avenue here in Sacramento and they were very nice on the phone and in person.Omar was very personable and nice and wore a mask the whole time as well and fixed the motor of the fan right then and there.If you need your fridge, washer, dryer, heating and air fixed, I recommend calling them and will most likely come out the same day.-Morgan

I called serval before them and either no one available, come next day or next two days or a leave a message. My refrigerator/freezer was already getting warm when I noticed. They came out fast and got the job done fast. Lost some food but not all. Thank goodness for SAS. I will definitely call them when I am in need of any appliance repair. DEV

Omar is wonderful he came and he explained everything to me while he was checking everything on my washer he made sure I understood everything he let me decide if it would probably be cheaper to get another washer then to fix this one because the control panel went out and wasnt available anymore but he went above and beyond and looked for me for everything that I needed he even helped me look for a new washer and he said that if I want to fix this one later to just call him and let him know

Sacramento Appliance Solutions was there when I needed someone to repair my refrigerator. Plus, the service tech had the knowledge and equipment to replace the compressor with an upgraded version.

Nick was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable with our purchase of a washing machine. We explained what we needed and about what we could afford and he showed us a couple of different options to choose from. He also gave us info about each option so we could decide easier. He was very professional and made our experience there enjoyable. We had a rough week trying to find a washer and ended up getting scammed. This store is priced right and has more than just one washer to choose from. I would highly recommend them.

We called to this company to fix our washer, we ask for an estimate. They said: $75 for inspection + repair costs.We accepted, the technician came to inspect the washer and said: he needed to replace a part, he said It would be $185 Total.When he finished the washer wasn’t working. He said, the problem was not that part, the problem was the motor and he needed to replace it for an additional $200, so total of $385.We said no. Because we paid for the inspection thinking that it would be only $185 so he charge $185 and for a wrong diagnostic and a wrong replacement and our washer is not working.We are so disappointed of this company.
