Flat tire at the beginning of a vacation is never a great experience. But Paulins made it a ton better.Five other places told us they were 4+ days booked out, two said theyd get us in today, these guys did it while we waited.

These people are honest and fair. I am happy with them and will continue to take my car there for service and repairs.

Earlier this morning on my way to work I ran over the railroad tracks and blew a tire. I went to another Local Company who was literally directly across the street from me and even though they could see that I was very bothered by this they could not offer me any form of assistance.Went less than half a mile down the road, Mark gave me a great deal, had somebody help me even though they were already working on somebody else, and they fixed my truck amazingly.And I actually still managed to make it to work on time without being late.

Not sure how I havent left a review yet, but Theyve been my people for almost 2 years now. Mark, Tyler and their guys are the greatest, kindest most honest group of Mechanics youll even find. I dont know what Id do without them.If you have any kind of concern about garages not being honest or upfront and genuine people these guys these are the people you want to meet.

I wont go anywhere else. They gave me things to fix and a price. I questioned what they said and compared them to other shops not only where they correct on the problems but cheaper, faster and the friendliest. I will forever be a loyal customer.

I went in for a couple routine maintenance jobs. The folks went out of their way to fit me in while I waited, worked quickly, and even did me the courtesy of calling me partway through to make sure I knew what work they were doing and what the estimate would be. Will be back again, and recommending to friends. As someone who does a lot of car work on my own (usually), I felt they did a good job at a good price.

Couldn’t be more impressed with their integrity and follow through. Trust these guys. They took complete responsibility for getting my car RIGHT. Mark even had me drive for a couple days and then come back to tell him what my experience was and what it might need. I’ll never use anyone else now.

Awesome service went in for a tire, came out with a brand new inspection and tire. People were fantastic...

Went to this shop for oil change, but once I got the car back the glovebox would just fall down every time I opened it, instead of slowly opening by itself. Had to take it to another shop and pay $15 to get it fixed. Called the Paulins shop and they said oops we forgot to attach something.Not happy with the service.

Paulin’s Auto is the best mechanic i have used in a long time! They definitely have a life long customer from now on out! Tyler came to the rescue and stayed late to get my car back on the road and can’t thank him enough!!!!

These guys really handle business!!The other day my car pretty much seized up on me. My front end had locked up so bad that my calipers were smoking by the time I pulled in.Not only was I welcomed, I got right in and was able to use parts I already had to fixed the issue.Hands down these guys really took care of me.
