Was contracted to pick up my fiances bachelorette party and transport them to and from safely for a night out on the town. They received an email an hour before the pickup saying their ride had been cancelled and stranded 10 women in a town 20 miles away from the original pick up location. There was no reason this should have happened. There was no warning from the driver who picked them up and dropped them off this incident would occur. This left multiple people scrambling at midnight to try and find alternative transportation for a large group. Horrendous service.

Had a long day of travel trying to get to a wedding, arrived at the train station to find no Ubers or lyfts available. Called multiple taxi companies and they were the only one to pick up, sent someone who arrived earlier than they had stated and got me to the wedding on time. Great service

Terrible service. Left us stranded in Ogunquit.

They left me and 13 other women stranded at night 45 minutes from home. They canceled 30 minutes prior to the 12am scheduled pickup time leaving us with no other options. This is a terrible service. Run. I repeat, run far away and do not book with them.

They never show up!

Completely useless!!! Called several times said someone was coming and never showed up! When I called to see if someone was coming they said I don’t know. Seriously!!! Horrible service!!!

I didnt catch her name, but she was great! Ive used this company multiple times, and have never had any issues. Their website is also very easy to navigate if you choose to pay with a card instead of cash.

These guys are the best. I have used them for the past few years at least 8 times and I would not even think of using anyone else !!

Worse cab company ever!! We were late to work because of them and they were scheduled to pick us up at 630 in the morning after the were paid by credit card and they never showed up or answered their phone. Very unreliable service!!
