I rarely put reviews but this place definitely deserves it! Best attention and customer service! Such a great and hard working staff very attentive, I’m really excited I discovered this place. It’s one of the places that make you want to come back! I will definitely be returning soon. Very excited to go back!

Nice and clean but expensive and didnt massage and scape feet for $60 pedi !

My first and last time going here. Do not go here for a powder gel manicure. First off no one knew how to do it except for this older man. I thought this was odd especially because powder gel is so popular. My nails looked awful and cracked the next day. On top of that, they charged me $50!! I never paid that much for a powder gel manicure.

Made a 4:15 appointment for mani/pedi. Walk in There’s 4 people all waiting in chairs. So much for an appointment. Never again.

I have been going to Coco since they opened their location in Rye Brook, NY. My nails always look great and the staff are very nice. Due to covid, you need to make an appointment and I have never had to wait. As soon as I walk in, someone is waiting to take my temperature and get started right away on my nails. It is super clean there and the staff go over and beyond to make sure I am happy and comfortable. The massages are great too!

Gel was messy and didnt stay on. its been a week and the gel feels soft and has ripples in it.

A pampered experience. From Mimi’s massages to a clean covid environment, I felt like a princess. Gel manicures beautifully done and they LAST!!! Highly recommend.Tami

I love coco nail spa!! I drive from Yonkers to get a gel manicure and Pedicure they always do a great job. I also go there for eyelash extensions and miss Yumi always takes care of me, so clean and professional and on time !! My lashes last about three weeks and I never see any damage or breakage to my real lashes. I always leave my appointments feeling satisfied !

I have been going to Coco for years and have always had a great experience. Especially now, during COVID, they have handled things very well. The space is large and very clean. They have always been on time for my appointments and do a great job. I dont know why there are so many negative reviews as I am very particular but I will continue coming to Coco!

For almost seven years, I have been going weekly to Coco Nail Spa for all different kinds of services. I cant even remember where or why I went anywhere else, because I wish I would have known about Coco years ago. This Nail Spa is a hidden gem in the back side of the Rye Ridge Shopping Center. The location is in a great area because of the other shops and stores this center provides.Coco Nail Spa is a luxury oasis where you can go to get your weekly manicure, monthly facial, beautiful eyelash extension or a relaxing massage when you are feeling stressed out and need some time to regroup and get your mind off things. The facility is always extremely clean and instruments sterile.From the exceptional front desk customer service to the amazing job by any of the aestheticians. I have been seeing Jini for years and she truly is the best! I know I can always trust her for any of my manicure/pedicure and facial needs. She always does a detailed and thorough job and gets both my nails and skin looking their best! I particularly love the Secrets Spa Manicure and Organic Cranberry Spa Pedicure.I was upset for the many small businesses that had to close due to COVID, but understood the necessary safe precautions needed to be taken. I was delighted when they were able to open their doors again because I missed the friendly and welcoming atmosphere and my nails really needed some TLC! I had no doubt in my mind that COCO NAIL SPA would not only adhere to the safety regulations and guidelines for New York State, but would make sure they would go above and beyond to make their customers feel safe while being pampered.I would highly recommend stopping by for any of their many services that they provide. You wont be disappointed!

I was always rushed for general manicure, they are extremely rude, do not listen, do not take the time to do a good job, I had asked to take my cuticles out, and in 2 seconds she was done. No filing correctly, they don’t speak English and talk in their own language in front of us.I scheduled appointments and they are never on time, a few occasions the receptionist had to leave the front desk to do my nails! So for an scheduled appointment there is no manicure for me???? A paid service that the receptionist was rushing to finish with me, get all the calls and everything else??? There is no manager on site who you can talk to!!! And they increased their prices!!! For what??? Never again!!! There are other salons around where all the above do not happen! October 10, 2020

Great service, staff is always professional and attentive!

I did not have a pleasant experience here. I used to go all the time before they closed due to the pandemic. Scheduled an appointment with a few friends and is was just one disaster after another. I only had a few dollars cash ($3 cash on me for a $17 manicure)and thr manicurist says to me that I needed more $ for tip and that I should ask my friends if I could borrow money. Then we were completely rushed out of the place. The appointment was for 5pm and the store claims they close at 7. They kicked us out the second we were done, locked the door and left before we even got to our cars! It was over priced and far from relaxing on all accounts. Not returning.

Unfortunately I had a pretty negative experience. They were not polite and charged for things that I have never been charged for before such as different pricing for different shape of nail. Needless to say I will not be returning.

My mom and I have been going for the past 2 years. We LOVE it. It is very clean, and Ann and Christine do an amazing job. The new front desk woman June is also super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to coco spa for about three years now. I love everything about it! Christine and Julie are AMAZING! They both take their time and do such a beautiful job. Would totally recommend this nail salon to anyone. Can’t rave about it enough !!

I know covid hit people hard. I know business are suffering but they raised their prices SO HIGH... the first time I went back recently, it was 17 dollars more!!!!!! combined for the services I used to get prior to covid.

This place is horrible and over priced. I paid $65 dollars for a pedicure and she rushed me out. How do u rush someone out after paying a lot of money for a nice pedicure. They also discriminate on ur age and if u are younger they won’t do a good job. I’ll never come back here. And the owner is rude too like how do u expect to get business....

This place is so hit or miss. I just got a gel manicure here. The manicurist didn’t even clean up my cuticles, the color is all over the place. Looks like a five year old did my nails. Not the first time this has happened here. Waste of money.

I went to Coco for a pedicure and decided to get a 15-minute massage while I waited. I got a massage from a woman who was so sick that she should not have been allowed to work. She was literally blowing her nose with one hand DURING the massage. I was extremely uncomfortable. On top of this, the massage was not impressive at all and I was in pain. I told her to go lighter on my back but she didnt seem to understand. I woke up very sore the next day. Called in and got a coupon for another massage. They seemed sorry for my experience but Im still in pain and couldve gotten sick.

Gone here a few times because of the convenient location but no longer will go!! Every time they are beyond rude!!!! They do a terrible job and rush you through the service. The worst is whoever is at the front desk idk if she’s the owner or what but she is terrible!!!

Horrible experience. sat me 15 mins after my reservation, and then rushed through my pedicure. Terrible customer service. There are too many other good nail salons near by - definitely won’t be back

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . Terrible Customer Service.I unfortunately had to give one star to write a review - DO NOT GO HERE.My nails were filed down with a buffer, the friction burnt my nail looks RUBBISH.The quality of work was just not here. Very disappointing experience.In fact, I wanted to take the polish over so I would do it on my own.Anyway, what I am really disappointed with is the attitude of responding to customers.The poor reception attitude has cleared my mind to visit here again, She wasnt frendly at all. Unfortunately, I do not remember the her name.......dont want. She did not even try to listen to me.Anyway,Lets add some others what i experience this place......Poor reception service, slow job speed like snail, poor language skill( they speak chinese ..Vietnamese... and poor manner, bad smoking smell & food too, (I thinks they smoke every minutes). I never felt this annoyed about a nail salon before.I got bunch of community friends.I will strongly recommend this wonderful nail salon.

Not going here anymore! They used to be good but theyre too busy now to care. I had an appointment with myself and college daughter and were rushed through our mani pedi. They didnt even file my toe nails, barely did the bottom of my feet. I guess if youre not spending 75.00 for a special milk & honey pedicure they do a rush job. On to the manicure, I guess they dont soak your hands in the warm water bowl anymore, rushed again, poor job, and no thank you for the 10.00 tip. Just rude and unprofessional, not to mention overpriced for a very bad job.

This place is terrible. Kelley is the worst. Nasty attitude, unfriendly, rushed through my pedicure, and gel mani, completely sloppy paint job looks like a 3rd grader did it. The interior is nice and clean but the customer service is just terrible.

Would rate with zero stars if that was an option. Walked in for a gel manicure and Yina destroyed my nails. She had no patience for the gel to soak, so after a couple of minutes she began scraping the still hard finish and then filed the nails so hard with the electric file that they are now paper thin. Went back to complain and they suggested that I go back to regular manicures for six months until my nails grow stronger again.

She didnt care for it much...said that its mostly glam and the service is so-so...
