They wouldnt pick up the phone with my number showing bc I asked for help bc an important piece of mail was late! I blocked my number then the post office PICKED UP, SAID NOTHING, THEN HUNG UP ON ME!

Do they ever answer the phone??? Always a wait there and takes FOREVER to get questions answered!

Thru Hikers Be Warned!!! This location sent my package to the return address in less than 14 days time! The package was clearly marked: Hold for Thru Hiker (my name) for 30 days. And since I did not purchase insurance on it, the USPS will not refund the $24 paid to ship it there. Ship to Killington post office instead.

The laziest USPS I’ve ever been to....won’t go out of their way to help with even the smallest of tasks...

If I could give no stars I would. I left a note on the mailbox of my apartment building consisting of 6 apartments. The front door does not work, and there are no doorbells to any of the apartments. The note said to bring any deliveries to the back stairs on the second floor, so USPS promptly dropped it on the front porch and left. Where is that package now? Who knows, it was taken off the front porch, good thing though, my son didnt want that Christmas present.

I grew up in Vermont and take a lot of pride in the friendliness of Vermonters. However the staff here was incredibly rude. After my girlfriend went in and politely asked how she could least expensively ship a few packages she was sent away by the woman behind the counter who refused to help her. When the gentleman working called her up (the woman was free but would not call her) he berated my girlfriend for getting it all wrong. Shame on them, my girlfriend was very sweet even after being given the runaround and they were downright nasty.

They are definitely not very friendly...kinda like the DMV makes me think no personality is a requirement for being a government employee! But I was pleasantly surprised the other day when I called, the gentleman that I spoke with was pleasant and answered my question efficiently and fast!

Always very helpful and patient.

I go here almost weekly. The employees all seem sad but never give me any trouble. Good service. Just unhappy staff. Id give 5 stars if someone would smile.

The employee was extremely rude when I was sending out a secret santa gift. Tried to get me to leave half my gift out of it then gave me attitude for only having a last initial saying it might get sent back to you......

Thank you, Mary Beth, for rescuing me from my own stupidity. I accidentally put an unstamped envelope in the parking lot mailbox. Mary Beth came out in the 1 degree weather to retrieve it. Saved me a $37 stop check fee and a lot of embarrassment. Kudos, Mary Beth!!!!!

A few minutes before 6pm I go to check my p.o box, that I pay almost 50 dollars for every 6months(thats just under 100$ a year, for a pencil box size). Again, i pay for this service, and the doors are locked. Besides the fact that my packages have been damaged to the point of being basically an open box, this is atrocious.Im not expecting perfect service, youre a post office, your hours are listed is specifics. This is bull.STEP UP YOUR GAME BEFORE YOURE ACTUALLY OBSOLETE

I am on the phone right now calling to find out why my mail has not been delivered for the past two days. I was told by the automated system that my wait would be approximately 40 to 50 minutes (yes you read that correctly)! So I have been waiting 8 minutes so far just to see if that was a mistake. It wasnt.if their wait time for their paychecks was determined by customer wait time, they would be getting paid once a year (when the government had to settle out their books)..

Terrible service, I will start using online only. Its that bad. Robots would be better
