Visited the store in May 2021 to resolve a few Comcast cable and internet issues. Entering the store, I was greeted with a lovely smile and can I help you from Emily Tyburski. We discussed the service issues I was having and Emily offered me a seat (I am disabled) while she worked to solve them. Solve all of them she did, providing me with a new Xfinity modem.Emily packed the items in a Comcast carry bag and walked me to my car.Emily was in all respects wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind and exemplifies the highest standard of customer relationship that all companies should strive to achieve, as Comcast & Emily do so well.
These people were very kind Im suffering the effects of Parkons A and i require a cane to walk i dropped it and three employees emediately made sure i was ok i couldnt ask for better service 🙂
The employees here, in Rutland, are awesome! They are very helpful and nice. I had a problem with a new TV box, replacing one that was about 15 years old and having problems. They jumped right in to help and solved the problem quickly and with a great attitude. It was a defective box, not my lack of tech savvy!😁
Went there to upgrade my equipment. Was very pleasant, clean environment. Good service, however pricing could be lowered a lot.

That needs to be updated as soon as possible because it’s literally horrifying.
Waited 30 minutes (even with a scheduled appointment) to be seen. Xfinity has really become a monopoly and unfortunately there are no other options here in Rutland. Maybe most of you already know, but theres not a cap on data (1.2TB) for your monthly usage, then you get charged for every 50GB used (unless you pay even more for yet another upgrade). Disappointing all the way around, but the staff was nice despite the long wait, which is why I give it a three star rating (neutral)

Wonderful service, no line, 4 stations working with customers, discontinued my account for the winter, turned in the equipment, got a receipt, out of there in 5 minutes!
Internet always failing cable boxes are always on the fritz but always comes up as no issue detected but cant reach box or internet modem definitely not worth the $350+ every month and now if you want to even use the internet you pay for you have to upgrade and pay even more every month
The customer service here was impeccable, these girls was so helpful I would highly recommended speaking with them if you have any issues or questions
Had xfinity for over 3 and a half years, first time I got it 69.99 a month for the first year then after that year it went up to 97 dollars a month then after that year it went up to 143.00 dollars a month, kept upgrading my account without consent, every once and awhile I pay on it and they say I didn’t, when I know for a fact I did. Great internet but the cable was lousy often in my area. Now I have to pay almost 700 dollars for 1 late payment. Take my advice avoid xfinity. Good in the beginning and horrible to older customers.

Been in a call for 4 hours now and my internet has not been fixed... Every time I got transferred they hung up and then put me on hold for 30 minutes every 2 minutes
I am very impressed by the service techs working for Comcast. They are diligent and do their best to diagnose and resolve issues. While no service is perfect from the onset, these folks go out of their way to make things perfect.
They are horrible to get in touch with a human. I have had issues for months. Now the line is down across the street and keep getting the same answer. The tech is out and will be there today. Funny they were supposed to be here yesterday. As soon as I can I’m getting rid of them!!!!
The lady who works in the Comcast office is awesome she was very attentive to her service. The service technician came out did Civil Service what did not stay long enough to rectify the problem they will have to come back again probably at no charge way to go Comcast!
With a 3.3 rating they are the biggest (Thieves) $227.00 a month. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. I am not much for regulating. But I think you have gone to far !!! I know its not the Rutland stores fault. The employees are very nice.Its the company as a whole. If I had other options I would terminate within seconds.

I tried calling the office 5 time this morning but could only get the national answering service, I wanted to know if they were open or closed because of the Noreaster. Had I gotten through I would have not gone because what I was interested in talking about was mobile phones and they dont do it there. You have to go to South Burlington. Overall I have been getting more and more dissatisfied with Comcast on many levels. Time to start shopping again.

TV working but no channels. Keeps saying available shortly but nothing. Tried to call and just kept sending back to the start with a recorded instructions. Never could talk to a real person. This is a call house not my normal home. I would never have Comcast or xfinity in my home
I really find dealing with customer service very simple. I had a problem and they came to my house and tried to fix it. No better, 2nd try, all of the cables on my house are out dated. New cables all the way around, not much better, try number 3, outside on the pole the connection box is upside down, it fills up with rain! Finally, problem solved. It took a month, but heck..its finally repaired and i have high speed internet! I can work from home, no matter the weather. At least they kept trying! Thank you.

Standard Comcast garbage.Drive an hour to the store, get all my equipment for a new account. Bring it home, and the cable box is broken. You would think they check these things in the store, but no...After 4 phone calls, finally get a Comcast manager, and a service tech to my house at kind of an OK time that works for me. They mess up, the time should be at my convenience. They only took half my first month bill off...Anyone but Comcast.

Has a reputation of mercilessly sending debt collectors under invalid pretenses, which it has definitely earned. Multiple debt collection agencies have taken my side and dropped charges, but a year later Comcast has just hired another.
When I was moving and dropped my equipment off, there was a note on my account that we would be utilizing comcast again in our new home 1.5 months later. Here it is roughly 30 days later and Im getting a call from a debt collector for $100.00 and my appointment is scheduled for this coming Thursday. Do your job folks. Why dont u look at your informational notes on your accounts, and stop bothering me with your nonsense.
Where to begin!?1. A very large amount of channels on the onscreen guide do not have a name or description. This happens ALL THE TIME on totally random channels. So you have to flip to the channel (local, movie, cable networks, major networks) to see whats on.2. Channel flipping is slow and can seriously LAG. Channels can rack up on the box before it actually changes...so you click *up* and nothing happens...so thinking your remote missed, you click again, and again, and again and youve missed your mark. Brand new box.3. Premium cost for standard cable channels. Seriously what cable provider doesnt have TBS or TLC on their basic package? Well they used to. They were bumped up very recently. So we call up comcast and ask for the next package up...STILL no TLC or TBS...they are only on their top two tiers! The next step up from the bottom was laughable at best. We gained 4 channels we would watch with some regularity.4. You CANT sort the onscreen guide to show just the channels you have access to watch! Comcasts menu system is straight out of the 90s for sure. So now that we have new channels, were constantly seeing shows we like and tuning to them only to see that we dont have access to them!Just get DirecTV

Hours of Operation need to be changed in the Comcast business information box on-line. They have Saturday hours as open until 7 p.m. I drove 40 minutes (one-way) just to find out they close at 1 p.m. on Saturdays!
