Took over two months just for a quote to replace my furnace and oil tank. By the time I get the quote, I already had the new furnace and tank installed by one of thier competitors.Must be nice to be in a situation where you can offer such poor customer service.

Took a while to figure out how to place an oil delivery. The downside is they do take the money off account before the delivery. Although it stated differently.
