BEYOND AMAZING!!!! I was recommended Service Pros because of previous business but I couldn’t even get a hold of them, and they had a lot of horrible reviews. Champlain Valley Appliances was AMAZING! I’m a first time home owner and every other service in my home was a nightmare!! They came with masks on, asked if shoes were okay, and were truthful about prices. The receptionists were AMAZING! They were so nice (because I had no clue what I was doing). And they checked in with an earlier time slot, a few days before, and shortly after the repairmen. I have NEVER been so AMAZED with servicemen coming into my house and the company. 5 stars for everything!!! I couldn’t be more impressed! Thank you for your level of care and service!!

Excellent service! You get through with one phone call, make the appointment and when the tech arrives--on time as promised--he gets the job done with minimum fuss and makes sure youre happy with the result. Great business. Excellent service. If you have any appliance repair needed, Champlain is the best.

I have a older stove the bake element stop working so I call Champlain Appliance I was so thankful they had one in stock great staff also

They went out of their way to help me fix my laundry issue. After playing around with all the others in the area, I will ALWAYS call Champlain first!

They arrived as they promised. The technician was friendly, informative, and the estimate was accurate so nothing was unexpected. Scheduling was a ways out, probably due to the holidays.

Took my vacuum to repair and never gave it back. Wont return my calls, wont tell me what the issue is. Just took the vacuum and sat on it for the past 2 months now. At a loss! Very very strange and unprofessional.
