Locally owned and operated so that’s a plus. Good honest people providing good products. I bought a chest freezer there and was very happy so when I needed a fridge I got one there too. Prices are always slightly cheaper than Lowe’s and the service is personal. I would recommend to anyone who values local business more than corporate America. Will definitely be back for my next purchase.

Ive bought several items from here and theyve always done me well, very knowledgeable staff, very professional, very nice and curtious Ive never felt like they try to direct me to the most expensive items to make a good sale. In fact I went to buy a dryer once and was about to buy one that was too much dryer for what I would need it for and they directed me to a different one that was just what I needed and ended up spending about $500-700 less than what i wouldve spent if I had went with the one I was going to get. These guys are awesome and will always have my business

Bestway is family run and it shows in the individual attention and excellent and timely service they provide. From assisting us in picking out the best oven (and later a refrigerator) to the delivery and set-up, we have not one complaint. They are not pushy and sometimes recommend a slightly less expensive model if that meets your needs.

We bought a washer and dryer in less than 5 minute. Friendly, effective customer service. Highly recommended.

Our TV was on the fritz, and we took it to Michael and Michelle. Great experience! In a day when so many in the service industry do shoddy work or take advantage of customers, these folks are honest, helpful, and more than fair. Highly recommended.

The staff provided excellent service. My 50 samsung LED flat screen was repaired in a timely fashion and the owner sold me a 55 LG, which I am happy with. Thank you Bestway !!

We bought a catnapper couch and power loveseat from them. Had several issues with the loveseat and they replaced it for us. We had a great experience and would buy from them again!

This place is horrible!!! The guy with the beard is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. He is everything you should not have as an employee that deals with customers. On the other hand, I have been given conflicting stories about my repair. I brought in a tv to be repaired under warranty and I have had to do ALL the leg work in trying to get my tv fixed. The owner told me that their tech said there were no signs of physical damage now the bearded rude guy is saying opposite. I will never buy from these guys and I would urge everyone else to do the same. If I could give negative stars I would. Also, if you bring in a tv for repair they will chunk it without ever giving you notice. Not even a phone call. Please for your sake choose not to deal with the company.
