Great place, always willing to help. Love this place.
If you need it Buddys got it. Reasonable prices as well.
I called to get a waterslide literally 3 days before my daughters birthday. Mr. Terzia answered the phone & was super helpful & got me hooked up for the weekend at an AWESOME price. He even called to see how my daughter enjoyed it before picking it up. Its rare that you actually speak to the owner when calling a business, almost unheard of. AMAZING customer service & great prices. Even my experience with the delivery guys was great. Thanks again Mr. Terzia & Ill definitely be doing business again with you in the future.
Towards the end of renovating an old building it came time to do the floors. The goal was to prime and then paint the floors with 1-part epoxy. You need a porous surface to properly paint concrete. Etching is a good option, but not if there is old dried carpet glue everywhere. The etching solutions wont touch carpet glue. So if you try to paint over it, not only will it be all bumpy from the glue, it wont properly bend to the floor. So when you twist your foot on the floor while turning around, you are likely to pull up some paint. We rented a floor maintainer here to remove the old hard carpet glue. It removed a lot of it, maybe 60%. The rest has to go too though. We brought that machine back and they put that rental money towards a floor grinder. Terzias offered this when they found out the floor maintainer didnt do the job. Then they sent me with 3 different sets of teeth for the grinder and told me to try all of them and use the ones that worked the best. The diamond inserts were the trick. Got all of the old glue up and left the floor ready to prime and paint without etching.I had been fighting this floor glue all week. The rental people at the Shreveport Home Depot were not helpful. Terzias made the difference. If you have old dried carpet glue on your cement floors and want to paint or stain them, go to Terzias Rental and get the EDCO floor grinder. It takes 2-3 strong people to load and unload this thing in the bed of a truck so get some help. They do that for you at Terzias but you are on your own at your site.My project had about 300 sq-ft of old carpet glue, and 600 sq-ft of unsealed but slick concrete. I was able to grind the entire surface in about 8 hours. Most of that was dealing with the glued area that required 2 passes and some spot grinding after that.I will absolutely go back to Terzias for any rental equipment needs in the future. Their equipment is well maintained and they give you instruction on using it. Greg and Buddy are great to work with and really know their equipment.
Everyone at Terzia’s is SO nice & accommodating! I had to change my order multiple times due to different factors, and they were very prompt, patient and helpful to me. Plus it helps that they are affordable! Well done, highly recommend!
Its okay. Pricey equipment rental though.
Rented equipment, did the job, took equipment back and the guys split the bill in half and credited my credit card that day. Not many people left like these guys. These are good people, if you dont rent from them you are missing out.
Another place misled us on availability of product rentals. Terzias really got us out of a bind and was nice throughout the whole experience!!
We lived in Ruston for about 4 years and when we moved back to Texas we got a puppy and named him Terzia. Because of the ad we saw everytime we went to the movies. When you call Terzia your talking to a Terzia. Thanks guys we enjoyed our short time there. Glad we could bring a piece of yall to Longview.
