My spouse has a title loan due on the 19th every month.He decides to make payment early every month and now he is told that he will be charged a $5 late fee and if he doesnt pay it right away the fee will jump up to $50.My lawyer friend suggested getting all this documented and allow the crime to be committed in order to prosecute.So here we go.Im also planning to file the documents with Louisiana commissioner.
