I regularly rent from Enterprise and this location. The entire staff ALWAYS works hard to accommodate me and my needs. They use professionalism and are courteous, even though they are generally very busy and operate on a small staff. So glad to have Aaron Johnson back at this location!

My car was ready when I got there. The young man did a great job going over everything with me and showing me a few dings the car had. Checkout was easy. Overall it took less than 15 minutes and I was driving off the lot. The car was exceptionally clean. Smelled clean too. Was surprised with a nice, free upgrade even. Wonderful experience at Russellville AR Enterprise.

Enterprise agents helped me after my accident and got me in a car and on my way home in a pretty good time. I had to wait for the paperwork and my insurance but Enterprise made me comfortable and helped me settle back down after my accident. The rental experience was very good and the drop off was just as smooth.

I was taking a friend over to get a rental car. On the way there he took some pain pills and was in no condition to drive. I got inside before he did and explained it to the lady at the counter. She handled everything perfect. I appreciate her being so nice and keeping an accident from happening. Definitely good staff.
I needed a car for a wedding in Eureka Springs Ar. I called the 800 number and booked it. A few day before that Friday A young man by the name of Jeff called to verify I still needed it and my information. I was running a little late and I called and he said dont worry. I got there and Jeff was kind Knowledgeable and polite. got me into a vehicle and within about 15 minutes I was on m way to the wedding. I was so very Happy that I wanted to say Thank you to Jeff as I was never so satisfied with an agent that I rented a car from. I will be back in August I have to go to Wisconsin with family members and I would like to have the same wonderful service. Thank you Jeff my trip was Great!!!
Except for today I have always had a positive experience. When they tell you they will work with you and you are charged more then your estimate because of points. Just no happy right now

When I arrived to pick up my car it was the Saturday before Easter and they were busy! The poor guy Aaron was alone and was even having to clean cars before they were able to go out! He had my stuff quick and with a smile! The prices were awesome too! We will use them again thats for sure!
Very good customer service, but sadly the few places in town that rent out cars. Only one that I know of that does one way trips. So you can imagine they can be very busy at times. Didnt get a car at my scheduled appointment but did get it the next day due to the fact the availability of cars was low. But again, the good customer service makes up for it.

Made a reservation on line for a premium rental car. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was given a full sized car instead. The Enterprise representative assisting me, Jeff, never informed me that they didn’t have the premium car I requested. Jeff also sold me the insurance without informing me that the insurance was a daily charge and he quoted me a one time charge of $20.00. Which is NOT what I was charged. No one in the office informed me when I extended my reservation that insurance charge was applied daily. It wasn’t until I was checked my checking account balance did I realize they had made two withdraws out of my acct totaling 662.34. When I called to get clarification as to why they took all this money of my account the representative told me the insurance was not a 20.00 one time charge and in fact was a 26.37 charged every day I had the vehicle. Jeff also didn’t tell me that if I extended my reservation my 200.00 deposit would be dipped in to. I didn’t even have this full sized car a week. I had it a total of 5 days. I am very displeased with the shady business practices of this rental service. I feel like I was completely deceived just to have my hard earned money taken from me. Never again will I ever use Enterprise.

My go to place when I need a quick get away or long road trip. My truck has three hundred thousand miles on it and I really dont see too many long trips in its future so thankfully I have Enterprise. The staff there go above and beyond. I have been very pleased with all my rentals.

I had a pickup scheduled for 8:30am, which the gentleman I spoke with assured me would be NO problem. So I wake up early on my day off to be ready for pickup at 8:30, but no one arrives. I give it about 20 minutes before calling, and no one wanted to pick up the phone at my Russellville branch, so I got transferred elsewhere and had 10 more minutes of my time wasted by a woman trying to schedule me a pickup. When she finally realized I just wanted to talk to my branch and she gets me transferred, Im told they were just then going to send out the call for someone to pick me up. Rude and unreliable people seem to be working there now. I wouldnt recommend them at all. Edit: the branch manager brooke is lovely. I just wish all her employees shared her charisma and work ethic.
I was surprised to see the negative reviews here. Weve rented from this Enterprise location about 5 or 6 times now, and our experience has been nothing but positive in every respect. Kind and friendly service, great cars, decent prices, and no problems.
Made a reservation for noon to pick up car for a week. I was running late because of an emergency at my non-profit, and when I called they had me on hold for 15 minutes then said they gave away my car since I was not there at 12 on the dot. My car is wrecked and scheduled for the body shop, I have an important work meeting, and I have no way to get there.This is the second time I have made a reservation and no car was available. The first time, I was told that making a reservation online doesnt necessarily mean I will get a car.DONT RELY ON THIS BUSINESS! I have been left in a terrible position twice now. Much better to just make a reservation at Fort Smith airport and ensure you actually get a car, since Russellville will tell you a reservation doesnt actually mean you have a car reserved.
Car was a little smelly when I picked it up and it was smelly the entire 3 weeks that I had itThe ”needs servicing” light came on after about 500 miles and stayed on the whole time I had it. They knew I was going to keep the car 3 weeks. It should have been serviced. The car was showing wear and tear with just over 30k miles on it. It was a Chevrolet Impala and the steering was touchy. It was over responsive to the right. Had to be careful when driving at highway speeds
Waited (outside in sun) for 30 minutes, and they wouldnt rent us a car! Many excuses, but poor service!

Worst rental car experience ever. Traveling on business and vehicle broke down. Only rental company in town. Couldnt get anyone to answer the phone, went online and made reservation and the dealership gave courtesy ride to Enterprise..no one to pick me up Upon arrival waited over half an hour before I was even acknowledged. Then the guy behind the counter told me that making a same day reservation was the equivalent to him finding out he was having a baby... it was an unwanted situation I assured him if given a choice i would not be there but since my car was broken down and I was traveling I needed a car. After another 2 hours I was given a dirty car that was empty on gasoline. When I asked about the fuel level and cleanliness I was told this is what happens with same day reservation. This place is horrible. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Only Rental company around so they have no motivation to actually work and do their job. They will get business no matter what. If there was another rental service like a Hertz then maybe Enterprises would pick up their game.Even though I scheduled my pick up a week in advance they couldnt find my reservation and put me on hold for 25 minutes. After being passed around to 4 different employees on the phone they finally said they would pick me up. It then took enterprise and additional 40 minutes past my scheduled pick up time for them to pick me up. I am highly unimpressed with their work ethic. And am shocked by their lack of caring.
It would be better if you brought charlie back to the russellville location that wasnt right the way enterprise did that, bring someone in that is doing Charlies exact duties no I take that back Charlie actually got out there and help clean cars unless he was needed inside! They would do this in extreme heat with no air conditioning. but yet wanted to pay him regular pay! So they just decided to bring in a new guy and pay him an extra 10000 or more a year with benefits! that was wrong on so many levels Charlie was a good employee no he was an exceptional one. So I will probably take my business else where they treat their employees like people.

Reserved a 7-passenger van online. When we got there, we had to wait an hour to be helped since there was only one man working. 2 other men appeared to be wasting time, on their phones, pretending to be busy. At the counter, the man discovered that the van (the only one they had available to rent at this location; one needed an oil change) was supposed to be returned that morning. The woman had not returned it, and did not answer when he called her 2 numbers.Given that we were leaving that morning, he offered to “upgrade” us to 5-passenger suv-type vehicles. This was impossible, since we were taking a cross-country trip and needed luggage space. So our only option was to drive to Conway, AR to get what I reserved. He did call before and made sure there was one for us there. He also made sure we didn’t have to show proof of paid bills again (which if you pay by debit card, you have to have 2 paid bills with your name and address to verify....strange but I suppose understandable).The Conway Enterprise was a shock. Everyone was extremely professional and had us out in about 15 minutes. Where Conway wore suits, Russellville wore jeans and tees. The relaxed vibe was fine, but when returning the car, the man who checked the vehicle answered a personal cell phone call almost immediately after interacting with us. 2 of the 3 men wore headphones, openly ignoring customers. The man we first had contact with finished up our transaction, and again appeared to be the only one working.Enterprise needs to re-evaluate these other 2 employees and the basic business process of making sure vehicles will be available. I understand that people will keep cars past time, but if only one car is available, a reservation shouldn’t be allowed to be made.
Very hard place to fine, it is on Arkansas Boulevard but about 4 miles from the freeway or interstate 40. I drove past it twice till I finally GPS location and I found it.
Well first of all the Enterprise in Russellville AR are rude and they will not let you pick out your vehicle. I can’t give them a star. Just go to Avis or somewhere else.
Called the afternoon before and was told an upgrade was available, get there the next morning and not only was an upgrade not available but there was only one car available period..... The people who came in right behind us were sent to Cogswell.. Only ONE rental car available. Dont waste your time going here expecting to have a choice or even being able to rent a car for that matter.
I have rented a lot of cars through the years. Russellville Enterprise was the first place that showed me the fuel door pull, the actual gas door and a few other things on the car. This was very helpful and a nice personal touch!!
My wife tried to rent a van from them but her name wasnt on the credit card she tried to see if they would call me and verify that she was an authorized user but they wouldnt do that it would have been nice to know this all before she went over to rent the van. Will NEVER rent from them again

At first I was very pleased with using enterprise, but after my first month of being in it I was charged again for the contract being renewed when it is a 1 time charge, I then call local office to get it handled and was on hold for 22minutes then answered by a rude agent that wouldnt give me any contact info to their corporate or their area supervisor...so when I did contact their corporate number I was assured that Id receive a call back from the area supervisor I never did...I am now on month 3 of my long term rental contract...will have to say the car was decent but was rented out with some minor scratches that I will not be charged for...but the cleanliness of the vehicle Id have to say was a 3...windows had a haze over them and hard surfaces were barely wiped down...if it wasnt for ford paying for this rental I personally wouldnt use them, atleast not the Russellville Arkansas location...word of advice take many pictures and document everything...also watch your bank account incase they try to charge you the same start up fee again
The vehicle was there as promised, however I rent from here many times for personal and business. Have always had unlimited miles. This time no because we was informed that the 2017 ford expedition would decrease in value since we was taking it to Orlando. Ok thats fine. Well going thru Georgia close to Macon The engine light comes on I call the 1-800 she says oh we service them just keep driving. We drive another 20 min it starts flashing. This rig has 22,000 Miles on it. I call back tell her we are not gonna chance it theres another enterprise close call ahead and have one waiting she says fine. We show up to this place and the manager there says no one called, also proceeded to give me directions to the nearest ford dealership so I can take the car to be serviced!! Really if I wanted to spend all day in a service shop I would have taken my truck. Finally after two hours We are on our way in a mini van that smells like she kept her kids diapers in there. We go to Orlando, come home a week later I go to turn it in he said sorry for the trouble I asked for a discount especially since I did not go over the 1400 miles in neither rig he said oh no thats not how it works its the trip. Bull crap that is not what you explained at the beginning. Needless to say the 1400.00 Bill he knocked off 60 Bucks. Needless to say the guys that had been running this branch was by far the best. These new guys didnt want to work with us. I will go to Conway when I rent another rig. Or call Hertz

Set the time to pick up today at 9am and they called at 830 to tell me it wasnt gonna be ready until 1030 and I get there at 1030 and they still dont have a car available for me and it delaying my trip... & i reserve my car for 2weeks now and they dont have a car available for me.
The only problem there was that there wasnt enough people to handle the small crowd when I was there. But, they did have someone to pick me up and did have a car ready for me

They worked at the very end of their day very hard to get my mom into a ride so that she would have a vehicle until the insurance settles on the accident caused by someone else.
