Amazing customer service. Tommy and his crew showed up within an hour to tow my car to the shop. He was quick, professional, and friendly. Very good prices, too! As a woman, dealing with cars and mechanics can be uncomfortable sometimes. Sometimes its hard to tell if youre being scammed. But the entire process with Tommy made me feel comfortable and confident. He even showed me in detail the damage to my car and what I might be looking at price wise to get it fixed. Ill definitely be contacting Battle Cross for any towing needs in the future, and Ill be recommending them to all my friends and family!

These guys towed a car for me... when I went to pick it up, they had added a ton of extra charges to the bill.... snatch block charge, winching charge, load charge, towing charge, pickup charge, administrative charge, fuel charge....etc.... all added to $897 for a two mile tow...from an OPEN parking lot, non wrecked, tires aired up car..... WOW!!!! I complained and they said I could go F#@K myself...they will keep my car and put a lien on it and sell it at auction and get whatever they want..... I was astonished!!! I had no choice to pay their ransom, as my car was a 2019 Porsche.....they seen $$$ when they towed that car.....easy pickings....not only that, EVERYTHING that was in my car had been stolen.... I went back in and they threatened me if i didnt leave..... BEWARE of these sorry people!!!!

Blew a tire and rim shearing off all 8 lugs from our horse trailer at 1:30 am, they were the only company out of 9 so-called 24/7 towing companies in the area willing to come out and rescue us. Thank you, thank you! Dont use anybody else.

Seriously, there’s not a better dude or business in this realm that I have ever experienced. We were stuck on the side of the road on the 3rd of July. Battle Cross worked on the truck on the roadside, and facilitated the tow as well when we couldnt get it resolved...then worked on it on the freaking 4th of July! Good luck finding that anywhere else. Quality guy, veteran, hard working, knowledgeable..you don’t have to think about going anywhere else- they deserve your business and will work to earn it!
