I was getting my taxes done almost a week ago. I paid over $100 for an advance on my taxes so I could get them faster. I was told Id receive updates within 24 hours of leaving... I never received anything!!!!! So I call to see what was going on, and found out I paid all this money for NO REASON. My advance was never filed. I asked about a refund since they didnt give me what I paid for and was told there is nothing they can do other that do my taxes 100% free NEXT YEAR???? Unacceptable! Thats worth LESS than I paid to get an advance. But of course they dont care.

Im an Engineer with a very complex tax filing. I had my taxes prepared in the Russellville office only four days prior to deadline. The preparers were professional, knowledgeable and helped me to resolved a long standing IRS issue. My experience was pleasant and timely.I FEEL COMPELLED TO PROVIDE MY OPINION ABOUT THE COMPLAINT AND *ONE-STAR* RATING BY THE ONE OTHER PERSON ON THIS SITE:Some people give bad ratings without realizing that when they process their taxes close to the deadline, these preparers are incredibly busy, often to very late hours. Next time, before complaining and rating these hard working tax accountants only ONE star (thats ridiculous), get up off your lazy rear, pick up a phone or drive to the local office and FOLLOW-UP on YOUR OWN tax claim.
