Very unhappy 😡 THEY MADE MY DAUGHTERS 18TH BIRTHDAY PACKAGE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THEY TOOK THE BROWN PAPER WRAPPING I HAD ON AN UGLY DOG FOOD BOX THAT ID USED, NOW ITS HIDEOUS LOOKING. THANKS ALOT UPS!😠😤😡🤬 I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN

They don’t deliver to house. We even put a waterproof drop box they could leave small to moderate sized items in by gate. The won’t use it, they drop stuff at end of driveway (country roads, 1/4 mile from house) and neighbors, strangers, whoever, helps themselves to our packages. My son found one hanging in a bag off a fence post down by a cattle guard once. USPS and FedEx have no problem delivering to house, but I always cringe when I see UPS as assigned agent. I am learning to hate UPS more every delivery. This has only been a problem last several years, we’ve lived here happily for 42 years with lots of delivered packages. I tried to call and got 1-800 recorded ‘state your problem’. Is there any way to buy online and refuse to use UPS for delivery?

Good service, on time deliveries, and they bring the packages to the door.

Normally experience is good but lately not as good. Showed two packages were delivered and only recieved one he got in the truck so quick and left couldnt respond. Of course its late and no one to contact to Monday according to your site.

Lost package in transit if I could rate them a 0 I would then lady was very rude and inconsiderate and not businesslike at all package has been at their location since Jan 8 and still not delivered!! Service was very horrible hope they hire someone that wants to do their job

People are always real kind with this group. Ive had a couple of nasty delivery drivers but they never lasted long. Always helpful.

I dont understand why they are only opened for 2 hours in the morning, then closed till 3pm!!!!! Trying go pick up a package at 11am, door locked and have workers inside looking at me. Their is always somebody there, why close? Or hire a front desk clerk!!!!! Seems like they would be happy to have people pick up their own packages so they dont have to deliver besides trying to find a small window of open hours so your package doesnt get sent back!!!!!! I truly dont understand!!!!!

Large facility with select hours for customer drop off or package hold pickups. Good location by Lowes and the interstate.

They lost and couldnt find my package which was a giant dog kennel. Whenever their computer said my package had been there. I waited a week after my date I should have gotten it to track it.
