The staff are all animal lovers which is appropriate. They also know their products and about the critters they have for sale. I couldnt figure out why my gold fish where having issues and they helped me learn. They do a great job helping answer any questions customers have with a lot of patience. My dog, a black lab mix rescue named Bella, loves going with us. The staff are always friendly and patient with her and with any pets that get to come visit even when I saw another dog have a potty accident in the store. There is also a good variety of products. I havent used their grooming or training services.

I took my F1b Goldendoodle for the first time to get his hair done. I knew that he had some mats around his private areas and under his mouth. I told the lady to not to cutting his fur too short. When I went to pick him up she shaved his face 😩 He doesn’t look like my dog anymore 😭I cried when I saw him and she said that she had to shaved his face because he has more poodle 🐩 breed than golden. I was so mad and upset 😠 I will never take him to PetSmart for grooming.

These girls are my favorite groomers of any PetSmart Ive ever been to. Both of my dogs are fussy and anxious and they never complain and always get them in and out quick and easy. The cashiers in the main store are always great too.

I’ve been getting my shipoo groomed here for several years now and it’s always a good experience for me. And I don’t see my dog stressed or anxious when arriving or leaving (she is thirsty when we get home but I will note that on next visit) The staff is friendly, they do a good job and seem very kind to the pets. Keep up the good work!

Bought a new Premium male blue mustard betta

This past Saturday, my husband and I went to buy fish to restock our aquarium after giving it a full live-plant overhaul. The staff were VERY knowledgeable and prevented us from making mistakes on mixing cold-water and tropical-water fish, as well as kept us from getting overpopulated. We learned so much, and after we got our 5 mollies in the tank (18, because the next day, one of the mollies gave birth to 13 guppies--surprise!!) they looked very happy and were exploring their new home. Thank you guys so very much, and keep doing great!!

Fish and all the fish tank necessities we needed to make a 7 year old happy..Had a small issue had to go back to store but they very politely fixed it.

Staff were very friendly and the store was clean. They had what I was looking for, so bonus. Highly recommend.

Good staff, clean store, not a big selection

I love the convenience of pick up but I rarely see the same person working even though we come about the same time. The manager is wonderful but they dont have all the things in stock I would hope to see. Regardless, it is a solid choice for pet care needs.

Spoke with one of the employees and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the animals, their care and life expectancy.In this store we saw different type of fish, snakes, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils, lizards and birds.

I do not recommend this store. The store manager is childish and extremely rude. She made my 3 year old cry and interrupted my phone call with my mom because I was telling her why my son was crying and told us to leave or she was calling the police. No reason at all. Shes rude and I made my report.

They have nice stuff, but every thing there is so much more expensive than it should be. I suggest going to Walmart or Target if you can instead, you will most likely save alot of money.

Went in to buy some fish. in a quarantine tank the woman who helped me was very rude and kept saying you dont need to get those fish for the tank your buying. after trying to explain it was only a quarantine tank she continued to reticule so I ended up buying a snail and 3 other fish btw all but one of the fish I bought lived after getting them home and waiting for them to accumulated to the different water temps and making sure the chemical levels was up to par, will be looking somewhere else next time I want aquarium life thank you

This place is a pretty good-sized store. When we stopped here on the way back home to Tennessee, it looked really nice, and had a much nicer, less-crowded floor plan.

Usually some okay products for reptiles, but as of covid theyve taken the liberty to make an excuse to not do their jobs. I asked to see a cornsnake because it was buried in its bedding and I had no idea what it even looked like, to which I got a condescending the sign says we dont let customers hold them anymore I explained I literally just wanted to see the snake because it is buried and I was told in an irritated voice its pink and orange so I asked to see it (because as far as corn snakes go that can be a million different things) and she told me buy it then and Ill get it out for you I dont mean to speak for all the employees but it never ceases to amaze me how they can get hired in a pet store and hate pets with scales, and this specific location seems to be full of them.

I’ve had bad luck with the groomers in the past, so I use a different groomer for the dogs. However, the different food, treats, and supplies you need is outstanding. From crates to leashes etcToys are wonderful. A little pricey but otherwise a great store.

Lots of merchandise for your pets needs. Also sell small pets and fish.

Took my dog to get groomed. She was a bit matted. But when I got her back the the next day she had a bad eye infection (which has never happened) and razor burns the first time I took her...so I can say she will never get groomed there again

Wow! I walked in and the pup I just bought and vet checked needed a bath so bad. I got it a bath, nails filed, and all on short notice. They then helped me pick out a training halter and standard walking halter. He is already scheduled for obedience training all this in my new favorite store!

Apparently not a kid friendly store. Weve been buying dog food and medicine here for years. We took our 18 month daughters here yesterday. Their favorite things in the world right now are dogs, cats, fish, and birds. They saw the goldfish tank with about 300 fish in it and started screaming with excitement. It wasnt crying screaming, it was happy screaming. The other shoppers thought it was hilarious. Unfortunately the sounds of childrens happiness on top of the squawking birds and barking dogs was too much for one employee. She was overheard making some extremely rude remarks about the toddlers to another employee by my brother in law. Apparently she has forgotten what happiness is. There is a smaller privately owned pet store here in town. While it is usually more expensive, its worth the extra money to patronize a store with employees that arent entitled little brats. I could make disparaging remarks about the appearance of the employee, but I wouldnt stoop to the same level as her.

We love pet smart!! But your large crickets are not large. I buy mine somewhere else cheaper and actually large.

Grooming The Best. Took the biggest dog in.Charlie, Great Dane/ Bull mafaist mix. Never been groomed. The team their took great care of Charlie and they said he was well behaved.Took lots of pictures. They brushed his teeth,cut his nails, cleaned his ears. Charlie was treated like a KING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is absolutely disgraceful, I purchased some meal worms for $10 and every single one of them were dead and rotten! Come on pet smart if you guys cant do better than this, you guys should close your doors. You just lost 2 customers, never again we are done.

Great place for quality pet products, but the line for checkout is usually really long as they only have one checker...like all the time, good prices some things are pretty pricey but i feel like its all good quality.

One of the groomers was yelling at a dog to be still when I was dropping off my dog. The same groomer was rude when I picked my dog up. I understand we all have bad days, but if you are nasty bathing a filing nails on animals, all you are doing is scaring that animal. Maybe you arent cut out for this type of work.

This place has so much selection and the employees are full of helpful knowledge. Love going for our critter needs.

It was ok. Thankfully the store was very clean, but they have stickered pictures they state buy one get one, but when you actually check out its actually buy 1 get one. I think it pretty deceiving.I probably will go back, because I have a dog that like different items that she likes.
