My family has used Delta for sooooo long and they have done more than enough for us. Mrs.DePaz and her team are always so nice and sweet when we have have questions or concerns. They’re very quick and very attentive to our needs!

I’ve used this company since I first purchased my home in 2012. They went almost 2 years before finally showing up for a termite inspection, after I called and complained multiple times. It took multiple calls before someone finally reached out to me. I was informed today, after I’ve put at least $100 towards my yearly renewal, that they’re cancelling my termite plan. They quote on quote haven’t heard back from me in the past week. My daughter and I caught COVID and have been extremely sick. My daughter almost had to be hospitalized. My parents are also both sick with COVID. This is how they treat their customers. 9 years I’ve used them. For this? I do not recommend this company. Not after all of this. They don’t show up to inspect like they claim, and then cancel you because you’re sick and didn’t answer the phone. I’ll be telling EVERYONE.

Affordable termite contractsThey can get you setup for a reasonable price. My startup cost was quite a bit less than the other companies.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Had the company come out for an estimate on termite damage/treatment on a home we were renovating. We were gutting the place and found some tracks from old damage but no actual live termites. The inspector found a large area underneath and inside the room of what will be our front door, master bath, and small amount in the bathroom to be area. The inspector tells me that we have a contracting company within our business that if you choose to use them to do the repairs, then when we create a contact with you that we will guarantee that if any termite damage happens in the future, you will be covered. The inspector tells me they will have to pull up this flooring and work downward to get the old out and because it’s such a tight area underneath. I choose to go forward with their contractor even though it was a lot of money ($18,000). I asked the contractor to confirm what the inspector said about how they would go about fixing the problem. He said “Oh NO, to going floor side down but that they would be working underneath the house, jack it up and take the old damaged stuff house. Little did I know that I was actually getting ripped off by this price plus the work was done very poorly. Nothing was actually removed, only shored up. They put “cradles” in between the old molded joists and just left that crave there. To this date they have paid for a home inspector to come out which he says that if he had been doing the work then he wouldn’t have gone about it this way but he does find that the foundation is sound with the work that has been done; HOWEVER, the mold that was on the joist THAT THEY encapsulated is still there and now it can’t be treated because of this. After all of the work had been done I had the company come out and put in their baiting treatment in the ground which cost me another $750 and they did NOT put me in a contract for coverage. The contact says retreat only policy so they weren’t guaranteeing me ANYTHING. I foresee this issue going to court but hopefully someone else will read this and not get taken by this company.

Tech was friendly. Seemed to be very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions.

Cheated my friend on her flea problem. Repeated the same rip off on friends roaches. After all that money pests had to be killed with Walmart poison. Former employee said sometimes Delta used lemon scented dish soap instead to cheat people and profit.

When we purchased our home, Delta was chosen to do the termite, which they did, price was the norm. The guy they sent out put that there was Mold all under the crawlspace in which my inspector and appraiser completely disagreed. Needless to say, we had to find a new lender b/c the word Mold appeared in the report even though it wasnt from a qualified Mold expert, so I decided to switch companies. Then when the new company came out, we discover that none of the porch slabs were drilled and treated as required, so I am going to have them do it and make sure it is all done correctly. would not recommend this company.

I would not recommend them for termite insurance. I got the run around, no show appointment, and inaccurate billing information.

They were very nice & professional. I had someone out within the week to fix my termite problem.
