Great deal. Great service. Had the waterside for my daughters birthday party. They came in, set up quickly and we even got to keep it a bit longer than we had rented for. Will be using them again.

Theyre such wonderful people. Susan helped with every single question I had. They delivered the inflatable and set it up for me. The guys were respectful and extremely helpful. They helped make my daughters 9th birthday a huge hit!

We had a great time here, really wish I could have brought snacks in for my toddler though. He gets hungry often! Other than that, Id recommend it to all!

Such a good little place to take the kids and wear them out. Plus it is a locally owned business which I prefer to support. There is a variety of inflatables normally there are like 6 different options for the kids. Today we had a 4 hour birthday party that over lapped with another party (they have 2 party rooms) and all of the kids still had plenty of room to play and not be on top of each other. Staff is very friendly and with the party package we got everything taken care of so we literally just had to come in and play.

My grandson had his birthday party there. They definitely need more room and bigger party rooms. It was very crowded there. Along with other parties going on at the same time. Also was open to the public. There isnt much room around the bump houses for people to go around them. I also noticed not many staff people were there.

Its a great place to take the kids a couple times. They change the inflatables every once in a while when they wear out. You get 2 hours for like 7 bucks and the food and snacks arent bad or too expensive. Great experience really.

I’m giving two stars solely because the kids had a good time. I was extremely unimpressed however. I was reassured that the “party assistant” would keep my sons birthday party moving and let us know when certain activities needed to happen. We were never once assisted. The pizza we ordered did not arrive until 15 minutes until we were told we had to have the room cleaned and our balloons that we gave them to blow up when we arrived 15 minutes early were not brought to us for over an hour. The owner was friendly and checked on us once or twice but the young man who said he would check on us every 10 minutes disappeared the entire time. Overall I was not impressed and did not feel it was worth the price we paid.

Love their day camp!! Very helpful for parents that work when school is out!

Purchased 30th birthday balloon was told would last a while. Took balloon directly to the office and it was leaking. Brought back the next day then lady tried to fix it and popped it would not make it right because it was the last one they had. Was not happy with customer service. They had a big 3 and 0 but wanted to charge another $12 on top of the $15 I already paid. Will just purchase from Amazon next time.

My toddler loved it! Has two bounce houses, two obstacle courses and a basketball game. It was 2 hours for $9.

Price isnt bad. Could use a little more supervision, as older kids are just running around bumping into toddlers. But I also think thats is the parents fault. Teach your kids manners and discipline. Also you pay for two hours but kids are bored within the hour. So maybe offer an hour option.

To expensive and when kids got ready for a drink and snack they couldnt because the tables were all trashed.

Attending a birthday party here was the worst experience ever! I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand! The owner is the most ugliest and hateful person I have ever met. Definitely not kid friendly! The place is absolutely filthy and not a place I would want my child to visit! we were rushed from the time we got there until the time we left, it seems she wants your money then she wants you gone! I would advise choosing an alternative place for your child to play. I would not even given her one star except for the fact that thats the only way I could post a review.

I used to take my son to Happy Jumpers until a terrible incident with the manager occurred. I was always worried about leaving him there because they never asked me for his shot records or even a birth certificate. I’ve never had a daycare not ask me to prove that my son was mine and that he was vaccinated, so I only brought him a handful of times. One time, I stopped by and they said they were not doing the drop in that day, so then I decided to call to make sure. They always raved about how good my son was, but they banned his cousin, who Is delayed in some areas. His grandmother brought him there hoping that playing with other kids would be good for him, but she understood when they said he couldn’t come back. It never hurts to try.I called one afternoon and the girl sounded very hurried, it was not the manager that I usually talked to. I asked if they were doing drop in that day, and she said yes and I said I might bring Nathan by. She said what time and I said maybe 1 or 2. Then I asked if there were any kids there and she said no, and we hung up. I asked my son if he wanted to go and he said no, so we didn’t go that day. As I said before, I’ve done this several times before and not gone, thinking nothing of it. I looked at my bank account a couple days later and was surprised to see that happy jumpers had charged my card and it overdrafted my bank account. I called the manager and explained the mistake and she said, “You made a reservation. You’ve done this before. I guess (my sons name) will have to go on the same list as (his cousins name).” And then she hung up on me and I tried to call back twice and she ignored the call, as they have caller ID. I was upset because I felt she had invaded his cousins privacy. I’m his aunt, not his guardian and she shouldn’t even be speaking to me about him. I wrote a review on yelp and let it go. Then I saw an ad on Facebook and warned others and the manager wrote back a lot of horrible things. She said that I was always making a reservation and not showing up. As I said before, I didn’t have a clue I was making a reservation, they had never said anything to me before, and I told the lady on the phone specifically not to charge my card, that if we came, we would pay in cash, as I had no money in my account.She publicily shamed a 5 year old on Facebook, everyone saw it; wrote awful things about him over 17$ Over a mistake one of her employees made.They should really clean the place up too. Yucky. Overall horrible experience. I would never trust this business with your credit card number, and they really need to learn to control their temper. You can’t give out private information about a child on the internet because you were given a truthful bad review.

The main attractions are SUPERB but the rooms are small. Otherwise an excellent place to have a birthday party.

Kids have such a great time. Adults can visit each others, that they havent seen in awhile. Had a great time.

Owner showed up an hour late for my two year olds party. Told us we could have it longer, but hes two and wont be awake. Did not apologize, and yelled at my husband. I wouldnt use them if they paid me to. Absolutely horrible customer service. All we wanted was an apology, and we got yelled at for something the business did wrong! Dont show up an hour late, and answer your phone. Tell your customers if youre running late, not hard!

Prices keep going up but the inflatables keep looking worse... My kids used to love coming here but not so much anymore... If prices go up then you think they would keep up with the inflatables alot better...

Its clean and affordable. Staff is friendly. They sell party supplies there. This makes it look somewhat cluttered, but the kids dont care.

They showed up late, didnt have the inflatable that we ordered a month ago and was charged an extra $70 for their mistake. Late picking up the inflatable. We wont be using them again.
