I LOVE STAYING HERE!As soon as you walk in, it feels like home. The staff is so friendly and everything is clean, something that is very important for me during COVID.I also love the Starbucks and the bar at night, they make the yummiest drinks!There’s also a pool and it’s pet friendly!BEST HOTEL EVER!!!

Pet friendly! I would pass on this one if you have a pet. $75 pet fee. Pets cannot go anywhere in the hotel except for the room and pet area, which meant I had to carry my dog up the stairs. Also, breakfast, coffee, dinner snacks, drinks for a small fee:) On the wrong side of the interstate. No restaurants within walking distance. Traveling in the area is challenging at best due to heavy traffic and narrow roads. Avoid if you can. I wasted 15000 points:(

This place was actually a pretty cool place to be. The outside had a modern architecture which made it stand out from all the other hotels and inside was completely modern and accommodating with 50 inch smart tvs in every room and Were actually hooked up to the Internet already with all the information you could need about the hotels amenities and local area at your fingertips.

The walls are paper thin!! I mean you can hear everything, everywhere, and the doors all slam shut rather than soft close. The breakfast was HORRIBLE.... HORRIBLE!!!!!! My husband went down to the starbucks/bistro and there was one person responsible for running the front end, check in, phones, making Starbucks drinks and taking food orders..... This Guy was so overwhelmed, that he got every single order wrong three times. After the third time my husband just came up stairs with whatever he gave us, which was still wrong....(It took 36 minutes to complete 4 orders of food) I ordered the avocado toast breakfast, the avocado was rotten, the toast was cold, he forgot the tomato... It was all inedible. We also had a blueberry scone and it was still extremely cold It was stale, and it tasted like it had set in the refrigerator with other food for at least a month. We didnt even eat the other food that we ordered... Disgusting, disappointing. I have no plan to return here, Ill just go find an Airbnb next time.

Stayed here for several days for a fishing tournament. Absolutely my favorite hotel. Ethan and Wayne were great employees. Starbucks was great. Wayne made me the perfect cups every morning before I fished. They really care about their guests. Next time on Dardanelle, Im definitely staying here again. No complaints.

Stayed here for a business trip and it was an excellent stay, having the Starbucks in the lobby was great and at night getting a drink at the bar was awesome. The seating area outside is very relaxing and if you need to hold a meeting...there is plenty of space. Rooms were very clean and the number of outlets in the room with usb ports made me extremely happy as I could plug in my 393829 devices without hunting down an outlet. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing time here with my husband we had a very nice stay the rooms were cozy and clean made me feel like a small vacation.. the pool could be cleaner you could barely see the bottom of the pool... Not a fan at all of a inside pool

Absolutely wonderful place! Trip was from Alabama to Las Vegas & back. Wanted to stay at a nice, comfortable, clean, safe place for our final night on the road. They did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly & engaging from beginning to end. Housekeeping should be commended for the cleanliness. Well now be searching for Courtyard by Marriott for future trips.

We usually never have any complaints staying at Marriott hotels, however we got hit with a $75 dollar charge per day for our one dog. We were aware of a one time $75 charge, but not the daily $75 charge...When we inquired, we were told “The policy just changed.” This is unacceptable. We are disappointed and will never be staying at Marriott hotels after this experience. I am guessing other fellow pet lovers will follow suit.There was several angry customers in the same boat.

This place is AMAZING. Starbucks in the lobby. Awesome fire pit in the private backyard. The pool was small but that worked great because they only allow 6 people at a time in there (covid). That meant my family could swim without the awkwardness of other people in the pool. The drain plug in my bathroom was broken but that wasnt a biggie.

Hotel is new and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. I paid for the high speed internet and it was very quick and had no lag while streaming HD video. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful with requests. The bistro in the lobby was very convenient and had several options. Overall I would stay again if in the area.

As a frequent traveler, when a person with the character as Misty’s is found, I take the time to let management know. From the first step into the hotel, Misty was warm in her welcome. Her sincerity and detail to attention are refreshing. I imagine, Misty will do well within the Marriott chain.The layout of this 2 year old property is great! Fitness center was roomy and nice equipment. Business center equipment was all functioning. I will plan on being back to this location!

We stayed at this amazing hotel for only one night unfortunately. We were just passing through. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The entire hotel was very clean and modern. We enjoyed swimming in the heated salt water pool, and fresh towels were just a phone call to the desk away. The outdoor area behind the hotel was very cozy and ambient, especially the modern glass fire pit and oversized comfy chairs. There is also a very nice gym if you have time for a workout. The beds were comfortable and the TV screen was huge. There were glass mirrors well placed in the room. The bathroom was much larger than most other hotels Ive stayed at. It was a pleasure to stay there and my kids loved it too. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The price was just right too!

This place was awesome. Everything was very clean and everyone was very professional. What really made the stay awesome was Scout at the lobby bar. She was very engaging and knew her drinks. Just beware they only have Pepsi products.

I love this Marriott. It is only about 1 1/2 years old so its fairly new. This Marriott is very clean and modern with a Starbucks located on the inside! The rooms are very spacious! The staff are very nice and helpful with recommending things to do and places to eat. I reserved a King room and I loved it from the smell to the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was very nice with a glass stand up shower, the room had a nice swivel mount TV, desk area for work, lounge area with a computer stand, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and standing mirror. Fitness area was nice as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Our room was a king suite, it was fabulous. We would like to have spent more time but that wasnt possible at the time. We were part of a group that were in town for a funeral. The hotel had a nice area outside with a fire place and seating which worked out great for our group. Every member of the hotel staff that we had contact with was extremely nice and accommodating. If we ever happen to be in the area again we would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I have a night out every year for our anniversary. The past two years we have stayed at The Courtyard by Marriott. We look forward to this trip all year. The staff in Russellville have made sure that our experience lives up to our personal expectations both stays. Their care has helped to make sure we are renewed and comfortable. We would recommend staying at a Marriott property to any wishing for a relaxing atmosphere.

Visiting family which included football games, county fair, just chilling. The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Just the thing after long days. Food and beverage services were excellent and appreciated the convenience store. Great staff as well. Will stay again when back in town.

We got in very late. The person at the front got locked out and couldn’t check us in for 30 minutes. The sweet woman at the bistro offered my two daughters and I dinner while waiting and bagged it up for us, it meant so much! The room was fairly clean but not perfect. Stained sheets and dirty bathroom floor.

Super clean and great atmosphere!! I would prefer to stay here over any other hotel/motel even if it meant driving a bit further out of my way!! But this one is in a perfect location about 45 minutes from Petit jean state park with a nice view for the drive up! 10/10 would definitely stay again!! Only thing that would make this better is if they had free breakfast! :)

Excellent, friendly, efficient hotel staff, love mobile check in, always clean and welcoming. Spacious lobby to have quick meetings or pull laptop out and start working. Great hotel for a business trip.

The bathroom was dirty with soap on the shower floor and hair was everywhere. The tv didn’t work. This resulted in a move room process that involved me standing in the hallway with our bags and cold dinner while my husband went to get another key as I was not allowed to stand in the room during the room change. This is a new building and is in obvious need of a new staff. Less than helpful and on the verge of rude.

Nice hotel to stay specially if you have kids

A great place to stay. I had an excellent time at this location – I need to do some day sleeping from time to time, and sometimes that is not an option in my neighborhood. This hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, modernly luxurious, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again. If you’re on the fence about Russellville accommodations, check out Courtyard by Marriott first! They won’t do you wrong

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They serve a limited Starbucks menu during limited hours which is nice but the staff struggles making some of the drinks. They will make them over for you if its bad though. The food options are very limited and cannot be ordered a la cart so, a simple eggs, bacon, and toast will run you $12. Hard pass. The only real issue we had was that there was a massive group of motorcycles parked under the driveway cover every day. It was raining and we were forced to unload our bags and small children in the rain and cross the parking lot because they were allowed to do this. I found this to be very disrespectful to the other guests but the staff allowed it for the entire time we stayed here. Im giving 4 stars because if the parking situation and others hopefully wont have that same experience.

The hotel is new with very modern features and amenities. Bed and pillows are very comfortable and the room is very quite. Starbucks and café/bistro in the lobby have really great food choices for being limited.

Great place and location if ur traveling and visiting

Checked in Friday for a ball tournament. First impression is its clean. New finishings. Until, The 1 washer and dryer for the whole hotel is complimentary, if you can ever get to it! Started out with no detergent so I bought some. Went back and the batteries in the door died. Took them over an hour to fix. No time now well just stink. We went back at 1130pm. Now of course theres a line. Had the kid go ahead and start to shower only to realize theres no towels. So they cleaned our room, collected towels, and didnt replace them. So I go downstairs, again. Im sorry were out. Is all I get. So what am I supposed to do when you clean my room take my towels and now I need a shower. Well I have bathmats. So yes we had to use hand towels and bath mats to dry off. 🤦‍♀️

5 stars for this Russellville, AR location. Deco building and room design gives you a sense that you are in a more metropolitan city. Convenient to many restaurants. Staff was attentive and polite. I will stay here any time I am in the area, going forward.

Paid for and stayed in a suite that had dead bugs in the bathroom floor, the floor was dirty. There was built up dirt debris around the bathroom sink. Bed fitted sheets were not pulled and tucked in had to do that and thats when I found all kinds of dirt under the beds. For the price you would think they would offer a continental breakfast, but they did not. We will know better next time.

My wife and I were traveling to North Arkansas and planned a stop over in Russellville. This property was conveniently located right off interstate and reviews indicated a new property. The property was immaculately kept both outside and inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable. It is near places to eat, such as my favorite, Coltons Steak House. Walmart and other restaurants and shopping are on exit within 3 miles. There is a Bistro, pay your own, in the lobby. A complimentary breakfast would be a plus, but there are other breakfast choices nearby.

I like the modern feel of this hotel. Bed was comfy. The bar is a little odd....no seats. I guess you stand the whole time.

The bathroom wasnt cleaned well, the floor and the shower and the shower was weird with a half glass door. Not all the rooms have the weird shower, because my moms room on the 3rd floor had a regular shower. We were om the 4t floor.

This a new facility which has convenient access from I-40, ample parking, nice exterior and interior appearance and very friendly staff. The rooms are not cramped with seating and comfortable beds. All utilities worked well except the water pressure is very, very low making it difficult to rinse the shampoo out of your hair.

This is by far the best hotel in Russellville. Modern, clean with a great lobby bar. Its my go to place when there. Highly recommend

My experience at the hotel was great. I enjoyed going out and sitting on the veranda. The chairs and couches were good. In all I thought the hotel was very nice and clean, the people were friendly they took care of us.

The decor at the Russellville is modern and beautiful. The staff are very nice, helpful and professional. The courtyard fire pit is beautiful and inviting. The rooms are well lit. The mattress hugs you when you lay down and the pillows are nice and fluffy. There are plentiful plug in sites located throughout the room. The Russellville courtyard is a relaxing and inviting place that offers a comfortable rest during your stay in Russellville.

We booked here because my sons had a robotics competition near by. The front desk clerk was SUPER nice at check in. Everytime we passed by the front desk, we were always greeted. The rooms were also very clean! I would definitely stay again.

It has a very nice facility. The bar was nice, and the lobby had a very modern feel to it. In my opinion it was a very nice hotel. Granted I did not see a room but the meeting rooms and lobby was very nice.

This property is only a year old and beautiful. Everything is brand new and clean. Staff is very friendly. My room was very small though. The furniture is all very nice and bed is comfy but it felt very cramped. The shower also doesnt have a door or curtain so you get cold while youre showering. Im also in general not a fan of the breakfast options at courtyards in general and dont like how its not included.

For the newest and most comfortable overnight experience, the new model of Courtyard is a must try. The Courtyard in Russellville is a great hotel with amazing amenities that you would generally only expect in a larger property. The staff are very nice and accommodating with smiles on their faces. The food and beverage offerings for breakfast and dinner are perfect for the business traveler or for a family. Easy access on and off interstate 40. I stayed for three nights and honestly felt like I was leaving friends behind when we checked out. If you stay, take time to relax on the back courtyard patio.

Kasey and the crew really took care of me on this trip to Russellville! She runs a good crew at this location! The hotel was great, the employees were friendly, and helped anyway they could. I will gladly recommend this establishment to anyone traveling through this area. I will be back!

Worst customer service ever. I am the highest level status with Marriott and will never stay or or recommend this courtyard to anyone! I stayed at this location in May. In June I received another charge in my credit from same hotel. They later claimed they billed the wrong card at the Bistro and re-billed me. It was a month later, they did not call they just billed. I called back several times but nobody could help me because a manager was never there. Apparently managers do not work at this property. When I called Marriott corporate they said this happens with franchises. Apparently this location is not Marriott owned? Hold your credit cards tightly at this location!! They will bill you whenever they see fit!

I went to Russellville to see a friend of 30 years and business excursion. Pleased with the friendly staff. Check in was easy. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

This new hotel is apparently the template for Courtyard. If so, it augurs well for the chain. Entrance is welcoming and well done. Rooms are lovely and spotless.

I was able to check in and relax with a nice clean room, as well as comfortable business and personal amenities. I enjoy being able to get out of the room and work in the lobby areas as well as outside. Always professional and courteous. If ever a problem, always willing to help.
