I called River Valley Satellite after bad experiences with both dish (Corporate) and direct tv. They responded quickly, answered all of my questions, and then Aaron came out as promised and went above and beyond to make a difficult installation in a very rural area a great success. Highly recommended.

Jonathan and his crew have been amazing! He has helped us every step of the way and even been available to speak with me after hours. He truly cares about it his customers and wants the best for them. We LOVE our new internet. Where we live, our only other internet option was Centurylink and it was SLOW. We now have fast and reliable internet for a low cost thanks to River Valley Satellite!

The people are very friendly and helpful but the company they actually use to provide the service is terrible. I get maybe 5 days out of a whole month with decent service then its literally either watch DVDs or try to watch a show or movie with frequent buffering every 30 seconds. I dont really recommend them for this reason. If they would switch to a better service provider they would be perfect.

I have a mastiff pup that seems to love the taste of a new Dish remote. I was tired of dealing with the main office and decided to try a local company. Eureka!! They were able to get me a new remote the day I asked about it. Love it!! They’ve gone above and beyond to help me. I recommend them highly!!!

I really appreciate River Valley Satellite. Theyve taken good care of me through 2 Viasat installations and a DISH installation. They definitely add value compared to just dealing with ordering through the satellite service websites.

Great place very friendly

Very friendly people. BUT my internet is off more than it is on. I have to reset my router all day long everyday because it does not stay up and running. If thr issue coukd actually get fixed it would be great. I have used them for almost 3 uears and it still hasnt been resolved. I give them my service because I do like thrm and they are great people just nothing gets resolved or fixed.

Great service, great products. Had direct TV for 7 years and prices went up and service went down.
