I booked Monicas 1 week in advance trusting them to do a move in cleaning before moving our stuff in. Time was of the essence and they said they would be here. They did not show up. I asked if they could come the next day. At days end the message I got was exactly I am so sorry Sir we are not going to be able to clean your home, Again I do apologize. Nice and well spoken people, but be careful to trust.

I highly recommend Monicas! Very reasonably priced for the quality of service! The ladies clean from the ceiling fans all the way to the baseboards. No dust left after a cleaning! Nothing is more satisfying than breathing in that clean smell after they ladies finish. The little details are greatly appreciated.

They did a good job cleaning, but a poor job explaining the fees they charged. They charged for 6 hours, but were only there 5 1/4 hours. I was told there would only be a travel fee if we were located 30 minutes or more from the office, which we are only 17 minutes, but they charged me travel time. They also broke a blind and taped it back together thinking we would not notice. They did reimburse me a portion of the overcharge, but I would not say cordially.

Brandi always does an amazing job! And is such a pleasure to be around, so glad that we found such a good cleaning company. Monica makes it so easy to schedule and make payments as well.

I was highly satisfied with this service. They had a crew of 3 come clean my house for about 3 1/2 hours. They scrubbed down things that I never clean! I know my fiancé is happy they did such a great job before she moved in with me. This is the company you want to hire in my opinion.

We have tried two other cleaning services before and were dissatisfied. I actually called Monicas on the way home one evening thinking on a whem I would have the house touched up for my hard working wife and they answered the phone at 845 in the evening. Very professional and courteous and the work ....well lets just say I couldnt find any dirt or spots left behind.
