A lady called and was yelling at me like I was her child. Very unprofessional. I didn’t get a name but it was ridiculous. If you hate your job move on to something else! Don’t take your misery out on unsuspecting people!

I have used this location many times in last decade. My computer literacy coupled with confidence in completing administrative formalities sharply overlooks attitudes of the staff.

Me and my son have been quarantined for 2 weeks now and we have done everything possible to get our stuff done .. super complicated employees the fact I have to call back to back over 10 to 11 times just to get one simple question answered Just for them to tell me I need to talk to someone on the hotline .. but I bet they are getting paid and they got food in their fridge

Called for help and they gave me a number to a storage rental company. Called back and no answer

How this place gets above a one star is beyond me. It took a supervisor just to accept my confirmation number. 7 phone calls and every single time I finished my first sentence I got “let me transfer you to the hotline”. Then the only excuse I got (never received an apology mind you) was “it’s a Monday. We’re understaffed.” Somehow that’s an excuse for incompetence. Unemployed and a hour away from any office and ended up having to drive to the office. Luckily I got the call back finally....right outside of Russellville. Roseanne was the supervisor

Disgusting how they communicate with people they need to becarful what they tell someone . One start is to much .

The administrator didnt even understand the paperwork he gave me. I had to explain to him what one of the forms was talking about.

Super easy filled out everything online. took 5 minutes in the building
