Great neighborhood Taxi Service!

Waited 50 minutes outside of the waffle house. No initial e.t.a. after 30 minutes or so I decided to walk to my destination. At 50 minutes I got a phone call. Updates and e.t.as would have been nice

Have used their service many times and had no problems, but on last occasion before ever leaving driveway the fair was already 4.25 and when got to the location the fair said 27.00 but was charged 28.00. I even tipped and scheduled a pickup for hour later. When got in the fair said 4.25 and when made it to house said 9.75 but was charged 11.00. I figured a flat rate but did not understand why different amount when charged and why always started at 4.25. Called for service next day and was told be here in 25 minutes. It had been 40 and had someone waiting so I called to check on arrival. The last was very rude and unprofessional. She said it was an estimate and so I asked about how much longer and she couldnt give a time. I explained had someone waiting and they would be leaving by 2 so just wanted to know if I would make it in time. She wouldnt give me a time so I said will it be another 15 minutes or so, she stated something like that. She wouldnt give me any time or could tell me when taxi would arrive and said she wasnt going to argue. A paying customer who just wanted to know when their taxi was going to arrive? I will never use their service again and will make sure to tell all my travel nurse friends to not as well and use other when decide to fly in.

Vehicle broke down and they were able to help take me to work. To go 5 miles it cost me $11. Vehicle was clean, driver was extremely nice, and they got me to work 30 min early. Woohoo go Mikes!!

I love this family, like my own. They would be there for you even in the RAIN, HEAT, SNOW or when you need to just vent. They are good people with good intentions. I would have given them a 6 star, but Lord knows there aint any 6. Only 5? ❤💛💚💙 love to yall mama and pops. 🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀

Knows his way around but thats the end of the good, he will tell you just wait there, Ill be there in a couple minutes and he wont show up for 30 minutes so I would recommend using A&A

We have called them on multiple occasions to have them come pick us up. Between being late for work because I had to RUN as to not be fired, my roommate missing an interview, or showing up over an hour past the time they stated they would be there (and yes. We gave plenty of notice and they said there wasnt a problem), we have been unable to understand why they dont come when they say they will. Or to be more accurate, why they just dont show up at all. They have, however, come to pick up our neighbors. My roommate caught them outside today and asked why they can pick up our neighbors, but refuse to come get us.The drivers response?Because you havent paid us the last few times.My roommate laughed and replied How are we supposed to pay you if you dont come and pick us up?Not surprisingly, the driver had nothing to say. I guess if you really need a ride, you can try your luck with them. Maybe theyll show up. Maybe they wont. But I guess when youre the only taxi in town, you can afford to just not pick up paying customers at your discretion.And by the way, we have ALWAYS paid for our taxi when they did come to get us. If you dont show up, then you havent provided us a service. You dont get paid just because you got called. You get paid because you actually came and provided the requested service.

This taxi service came to my house to pick up a family member I went to the car to see if he was wearing a mask because I am sick and didn’t want that driver to be exposed he told me he did not believe in the cOVID-19 it was raining and the windows were rolled up I tried to call The Business and tell them that I was sick and their driver was in danger He side he will not and does not believe in the Corona . I am so very sick and I know I’ve done everything I could to save my fellow man if anyone knows how to help Please do so the taxi service could be killing someone we love and may being sick and that man being ignorant enough to tell me the whole world stopped and he doesn’t believe why is mine blowing

Seemed like a cool dude. Minivan with plenty of room, automatic doors, legit fare counter, fresh and clean, fast pickup. The dispatch was a cool lady too

Be careful !! They could take more every time you ask them for the same ride. I have been asking them to give me rides for almost a year. However, I wont go anymore because they know that I need them, so they increase the cost and I have to pay because I have no other choice! If you need rides make it walking but do not go with them. Mikes Taxi YOU are the worst

Would not suggest to anyone. Their current driver tried forcing himself on my wife and the company said they would ask him about it. If thats the way you treat your customers i cant wait to see the lawsuits

They are a joke!!! They think they can start the meater on the way to pick up the customer. Going to report them to the better business bureau what they are doing is not leagl. I have no idea how they are still in business. If up to me they wont be!!!!
