10/10 do not recommend doing business with this agent. 14 hours of detention they are not wanting to pay for. Driver sat 10 hours at shipper and so far 5 hours after his appointment at receiver. I knew better than to take the load but the agent begged us to help him. BEWARE. Do not do business with NATE. 10 years of dealing with LS never had issues like this.

Austin with Landstar has been spot-on since hes started helping me move my machinery. Hes covered 4 out of the 4 shipments Ive offered him and there have been no problems. Honesty goes a long way in this industry and I think hell be around a long time because of it.

I have worked closely with Brandon Potter for the past few month on rail load with the company I represent. He has been nothing short of professional with me and is always informing me on any issues that may arise with our loads. There is comfort in knowing that when he takes one of our loads to run for us that we know we will get top notch service.

Derek Thompson refuse to work with us just because we are an Illinois carrier. Mr. Derek not all Illinois carriers are bad just like not all Landstar agents are good and professional. We are a good carrier and i think it is disrespectful to judge by geographic location, however, it is your choice who you want to work with but this is my review.

I have worked with Travis in the Russellville, AR office for several years and he does a wonderful job, always replies within very reasonable time and his attention to detail on loads and tracking is something I am very pleased with. I never worry that a load will not get delivered, and very easy to reach even over weekends.

The Little John Agency/Landstar in Russellville, AR is on top of their game. I use this company everyday as their agents are very knowledgeable and very professional. Where they really come through is when you need something in a crisis. That is where this company shines. I highly recommend them to any one out there needing their freight moved.

I have been working with Randy Looper from this agency for a number of years. He is the ONLY Landstar agent I will work with, as he understands the type of service we desire, and never double brokers our freight. I dont work with many agents from Landstar, but the one agent I do work with Randall Bustard. Has proven to be a forthright, honest in his business practices, and keeps his word. We all know that in this industry things happen, drivers miss appointments, delivery windows, falls off etc. Randall has gone to the moon and back whenever something likes this happens. Again there arent many Landstar agents that I will work with, but he is definitely one I will continue to do business with.

I have worked with Austin shutterfield alot, he has been able to assist me finding anything from an RGN to Flatbeds and step decks. I run alot of OD loads that I have last min notice to pick up and he has come through many times to cover these trucks. All trucks have delivered on time with no incidents plus always helps find pricing that keeps my customer happy! I will continue to work closely with him

In the past I had multiple problems with Little john, and had stopped using them. However, Thanks to Lisa, I do call and work with that agency. She is the only on I work with there, but she has always gone over and beyond for me. Stupid Google wouldn’t let me sign in under my own account. If you have reservations about this ageny, give Lisa S a try, she will very likely change your mind.

Brokers--this location is notorious for trying to double broker your freight, then falling out last minute. Worst of the worst when it comes to Landstar Agents.

A very bad agent for landstar. They are not truthful about freight and lye about detention time. Do not do business with this company.
