Entergy does not care about there costumers! When I call they are always rude and hang up on me. When I ask for help with my bill they always give me the wrong information that always ends up worse for my family! They are heartless and dont care that we went through a pandemic and are not willing to help because of it! They carve only to make money off the poor and LOUGH at us while they in joy the little we have and take it from us!

My daughter got her own place in 2020 when she went to have the electric turned on she found out that back in 2017 someone had used her social # ran up a 800$ bill so they wouldn’t turn on power till she paid said they would send a fraud packet and she would get her money back she had a police report filed. They never sent the packet opened two accounts in her name to the same address then never sent a bill so she got double billed never received packet. Entergy is a terrible company that scam people out of money and then hangs up on you after you have been on hold for 20min. Sorry bunch of people.

Worst electric company ever. High school dropouts answer the phone. No department knows what the others are doing or can communicate with each other. Scheduled dates for installation are a joke. “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” is their motto. I’ve been waiting nearly a month for a new construction hookup.

Entergy’s new myAccount website is the worst website I have ever encountered. This company has only made things worse during this pandemic by making things harder. Now they are charging you to pay your bill online by using Billmatrix and charging you a fee. Also, not having your representatives available -closing at 7pm- instead of being 24 hours is backward. I can’t even comprehend the poor decisions you have made during this pandemic. Sure call centers should be closed, but why haven’t you moved your representatives to work from home? Move into the 21st, and hire a better web designer.

If I could rate this place on a negative scale I would ! I went up to the building needing only to speak to an actual person. I didnt need to change anything, pay my bill, ask for any kind of extension, beg for something, or anything of the sort. The doors were locked and no one would even come to the door !!! THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY HAS FORGOTTEN THAT CUSTOMERS ARE WHAT DRIVE A BUSINESS !!!

Have several accounts with Entergy, in Russellville, Arkansas, Don’t hear well and getting old, when I call in for help, difficult for me to function, but they always seem to be patient with me and get it done! Service employees on the big truck are always nice and very helpful, engineers walk us thru what needs to be done! Just all around good people! For years had service with Rural Electric from Ozark, Arkansas and they were and are some of the finest folks also, never a problem with either company, so seems like if folks pay their bills, be nice and realize that these Companies are trying to make money, keep everyone safe and serve the community, that they will be nice also! My electricity went off, only house off, called and they came out promptly and repaired it, needed new electricity service at another location, they made it happen, 2 security lights went out, called them and they came right out and repaired 1, called them back and right back out again! The Bible says to “think on the good things” glad to be in and have light, especially when you have been in the dark, good to have heat, especially when you have been cold, and one day it will be good to have electricity to watch the RAZORBACKS on TV again instead of ALABAMA, LSU AND OKLAHOMA!Thanks for your service! “ You good folks”
