We were a walk in with Dana, she was so amazing and what is normally a scary and stressful time for our three year old the complete opposite. She took such good care of him and not once was he anxious or afraid. Thank you so much we will be back to see you.

Dylan was amazing as usual! She always delivers EXACTLY what I ask for. I’m a basic broad, but I’ve had some BAD styles in the past. Ever since I’ve been going to Dylan I can’t say the same. From trims, to full chops, and my yearly balayage refreshing. She really offers such great service. Plus, she is so witty! I enjoy the visit as much as I do the service.

They always do so good with both of my kiddos. Both of the kiddos love going here to get haircuts!

We ask for Heather Truong when using this salon for our Beauty needs. My 14 year old granddaughter won’t let anyone else touch her eyebrows for waxing. Heather cuts all 3 grand daughters hair. They ask to go to her and no one else. Heather is very friendly and takes the time to make sure the service to top notch. She is great to suggestion about products that will help with styling needs at home. My oldest granddaughter in the past had participated in many pageants, when ever possible we have Heather to fix her hair. It is always beautiful, and the style last all day. I would recommend Heather to anyone for their hair stylist.

I’ve always had the pleasure of Dylan coloring/styling my hair! She’s been the only one to ever touch my hair and I’ve never been disappointed with her end results. She’s 100% easy to talk to, funny, and TALENTED. The salon is a comfortable clean environment, I’ll definitely be going back to see Dylan again!

I had 30 inches of hair and I went in just for a trim I specifically told my hair stylist to not cut off too much, that I just wanted to cut off the split ends ...she proceeded to cut off my hair and left it shoulder length. If youre going from 30 inches of hair down to shoulder-length thats a drastic change I held everything in and tried my best not to cry in front of her and she said that it was for the best but that wasnt her choice to make.

Dylan at SmartStyle is the best! I’ve been using her for years. She has helped me with different styles, different lengths, and different colors and has always done a fantastic job no matter what.

Heather is the only person I trust to color my hair. Im super picky and she does it the way I like it. I have very fine curly hair and not everyone can do it. Thank you Heather!! The rest of the girls are nice but Im picky so I dont let many people touch my hair

One of the stylists, Desiree, cut my hair. She was professional, she was caring, she talked me through the cut. I was very nervous. I was transitioning to my natural hair and I was afraid that too much would be cut off. She took her time and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing. I will surely be back to see her for maintenance.

The hair stylist was friendly however when doing my perm she didnt get the ends good so now I am going to have to cut my hair shorter to make it match the rest of my hair.

The people were polite but the lady that cut my hair acted as if she had little experience. She didn’t ask me if I wanted any changes before styling it, didn’t ever show me the back of my hair, and she gave me a style that framed my face very poorly. To add, once I got home I checked the back and saw that she left me with a “tail of sorts.”

The young girl was very rude. Only wanted to bash about the Corona virus. Was not happy that she had to return to work and give up her unemployment.

Showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted but came out NOTHING like the picture. It’s cute but it’s basically just a couple highlights and something that I could’ve got at a different place for like $50 but instead paid $100 here. Very unhappy with it honestly

I called this morning to talk to someone about making an appointment @3 this afternoon to get my hair cut. I talked to a girl named Heather and she seemed really nice and told me she could work in what I wanted done with my hair for a certain price so I made my appointment at 3:00, when I arrived st their salon it was a couple minutes before 3 and checked in at desk with two older women. I told them my appointment and I was with Heather. They told me she had just left to go lunch break. So I went over to wait. 15 minutes had past and she still hadn’t arrived back. I had other things to do so I went back to desk and asked the women if she had a client scheduled at 3:00 than why you want to go lunch break? I told them I could understand if I was a walk in and asked if one of them could do it with her price she had offered me. They both stood there and argued with each other on who was going to do it and they might get n trouble for what I was offered by Heather. I told them I would take my business else and walked out and went to pennies salon and got professional service. All I can say is a least Heather had the nerve to make me s good deal when the others were to scared to do it, well if only she showed up to do her job. 🙄

I will never go back to this salon. I sat and watched the stylist do a girls hair before me and it was terrible. The girl actually left in tears and the stylist told us that it was the clients fault that it was messed up. I stupidly let her do blonde highlights on my hair. I literally ended up with orange blotches all over my head. She tried to fix it and just made it worse. I still had to pay even though she admitted to messing up my hair. I had to walk around with orange blotchy hair until I could get in for a color correction at another salon. I’m not saying that every stylist here is bad but you definitely need to watch out. My hair and self esteem are still trying to recover. It was the worst experience at a salon that I have ever had.

Rachel, my girl that cut my hair was amazing! I had really long hair(chemo mess) and it was time for it to go, I was so anxiety ridden and wasnt sure what I wanted was what I wanted in a short hair cut, but Rachel made my anxiety go away and when she revealed my cut, I cried!! I hugged her neck and was so happy!!!!

So glad the hairstylist ran me off... And wanting $19 for a basic haircut at that! Go in and not knowing what time they close. Asked me if I was seriously wanting my hair cut, “I get off in ten minutes”! And asked if I could come back tomorrow. Nope!!
