The people are great there very friendly. They can be a bit overpriced on mechanics. But they are reasonable if your looking for used tires

I took my truck in because the brakes were grinding on the rotors and they charge me $400 to replace two rotors and brake pads and re-grease bearings that I didn’t ask for. Needless to say the calipers are still bad and I’m gonna need new brakes again. Why is every tire and mechanic shop in Pope county is booked up except them? I quit going there about eight years ago because of being charge for work it was not done. Thought I would give them another chance and some people don’t deserve second chances. Especially when it comes to my children’s life. They will never get my business again or anybody I know for that matter

These guys took care of me. I bought tires from them and came back later and they rotated them for free in a timely manner.

Good place to get tires, down to earth folks, who understand that people are usually pressed for time, and arent made of money, and at the same time, very professional atmosphere. I would reccomend this place to everyone.

This is THE BEST PLACE EVER to bring your vehicle to get tires done!!!! Its the cheapest place in town and fastest!!!! The staff are friendly and did not hesitate to get the job done. And they were very quick about getting it done....... i highly suggest comming here

Friendly the mechanic didnt no how to put my car in reverse made me nervous on there experience... had 2 new tires installed and cost twice the price of the shop I usually go to guess I should have got the price before I got them installed

Go there every time tires are needed. Both Brian and Ralph are extremely friendly and honest.. Love this place and I will not go anywhere else!!!

Nice guys. A little pricy. Needed a new tire cause of a nail and they were old tires. They had my size on hand but the only brand they had was Crosswind. It was $89, I said get 2 of them. Then, once they were finished, they claimed I had another nail in rear tire so they patched that for an extra $17, without asking. I called Beacon Tire up the road and they have the same tire for $60.53. My fault for not shopping around first but these guys are a bit overpriced.

Staff was very friendly but not very good at balancing wheels/tires. I noticed a high speed vibration. I wasnt impressed that they would return my car like this. I took it to another tire store and they said each wheel was two ounces off, which is quite a bit. Theyll never see any more of my money.

Took jeep in for death wobble and a quote they quoted $1500 to replace brake components. Had a friend look at it he charged me $40 + a $40. Part how are they still in business. Friend also mentioned a stacked labor rate

A-1 Tire has serviced all my vehicles. I have gone to them for AC work, new tires, brakes, batteries, just about everything I ever need for my car. They also take care of my oil changes. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

Took my Tahoe to A1 Tire & Service and gave directions to find and fix a refrigerant leak. I told them that I had recharged the system the previous evening and found it empty that morning.They charged the system but failed to find the leak. So they checked the AC was blowing cold and told me to come pick it up. They didnt perform the work that I asked them to do, but they didnt have a problem charging me almost $200.After a little research online, I found the leak myself. Then I took my vehicle to a competent local mechanic to fix the system.I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere for AC work.

Went in for a tire change/rotation/and alignment. I was told i needed parts only that added up to $400. Searched and found the parts from a different mechanic for $18. Not sure what they were charging the other $382 was for but i didnt like it. I will not be going back.

Having these guys work on your vehicle is like having a relative in the business. You always know they will be honest and will notice the small problems before they become big ones. Ive grown to trust them so much over the years that I cant imagine having to deal with a different service center. Couldnt praise them higher!

Got the job done well and in okay time, the guy there just wasnt very informative when I asked questions and was a tad rude. Would have been cheaper to just buy the needed tools and did it myself.
