Never returned a phone call. The russellville location is having glitches keep trying people and leave voicemail. Owner called and apologized for my call getting lost will try next time I need service.

Not responsive. Me and my wife have called multiple times and have never received a call back. I will note. I can not critique the work they do. Just the fact they do not respond.

Nice bunch of guys. They are trustworthy and honest. That is hard to find these days.

Spencer fixed our fridge he was amazing. We had called another repairman and waited over a week and they had still not even showed up to look at it. We called Spencer and he was here the next day and fixed it in about 20 min. He was very professional and cleaned up everything. Pricing was also great if I ever need anything worked on again I will call him.

Spencer is AWESOME! If “One Call, That’s All” wasn’t already taken, I would definitely say that should be his motto. He has fixed both my washer and dryer now on two separate occasions. Both of which he came within a few hours of me calling. Super professional and super punctual! Side note, I also have a Pitbull and he was super lovey to him as well! HIGHLY recommend!
