Very expensive, unprofessional and, worse experience in fulfilling obligations as promised. Refusing to work out service errors and make things right, the old fashion way. This company lacks customer satisfaction resulting in a regretful customer experience. Im very disappointed with this operation and cant see why this team is so unreasonable. I would not recommend to anyone I know to do business.Currently have Terminex 20% less in cost but very professional and orderly. Surprisingly technician follows-up with you, he gives his contact number, while conveying personal touch for such a large company.
