I went in batteries plus store with a broken wristband for my watch today(1/24/21) already thinking that they were NOT having the proper pin or something to fix my watch wristband. Ryan Russo the store manager was very professional in helping me to see what he could to help me out on this. He not was able to fix it but he didnt even charge me for the necessary part. Thanks Ryan and I appreciate your help with this. I am looking forward in coming again to this store again for batteries and other things if they have that I may need. I broke my phone screen yet again and called first to see if they had a screen in stock. I spoke with Spencer and he was more than helpful from the second I called, to the second I left the store with a new screen.He had wonderful customer service skills! I rarely write reviews, but I really appreciated how welcoming and nice he was. I have been to other electronic repair shops where the workers are not as friendly and are almost rude. Excellent knowledge. Have the exact battery I need each time I go there whatever it may be. ATV, lawnmower, and both vehicles each have batteries from here. Our sales person was more than happy to help change battery out of our vehicle. Even after I declined, he came outside to make sure we got it handled.

Battery died, I have AAA and a Costco membership but it was much easier and faster to just come here for a new battery.BTW, No hassle warranty replacement. I wasnt sure when I first purchased a battery here a few years ago for another vehicle but I am very happy with the speed and courtesy of all 3 employees at this location and, of course, the new battery for my car.

NOT A RELIABLE PLACE FOR CELL PHONE REPAIRS, even though they advertise themselves as so.Monday I contacted this store and spoke to Marlee about my cell phone not working, and he explained that the part he need to fix it, would need to be ordered and it would not arrive til Friday, which was a bit concerning due to the fact that I need my phone for business.He said their shipment usually comes in around 4:00pm and they could work on it that same day so, feeling confident that they would do what they promised I told them to go ahead and order the part. I called on Friday to see what time the phone would be ready, to find out the part never got ordered, and I never even got a phone call to let me know. How irresponsible!When I was on the phone with Ryan, he did apologize and said he could have the part over nighted an get the phone fixed right away. Feeling a bit hesitant, I still gave them another try.Well, WRONG AGAIN.When I called Saturday to check when I could pick up the phone, they tell me the overnighted part, NEVER CAME IN. AGAIN! not even a phone call to let me know. At this point I just picked up my phone and drove to uBreakiFix at 300 South State Road 7, Royal Palm Beach, #422-2200.Walked in to the store, immediately got greeted and was taken care of right away.The the procedure was very easy and professional. They had the part in stock, the price that I was quoted was LESS than at Batteries+Bulbs and would even fix it the next day, which was on a SUNDAY. Does not get any better then that. I will never go anywhere else for cell phone repair, again.

This is a good place to find those odd batteries or light bulbs. They are knowledgeable and their stuff last. I have an old laptop, they got me a battery for it. I needed a charged for another laptop, they got it. Small batteries for a car remote, done. They also carry batteries for your home alarm, your battery back up watches etc etc. I go to them all the time know. For both work and home. Save yourself the Hassel and just go there instead of trying to find what you need somewhere else.

They usually have most of the batteries or light bulbs that I need except ultraviolet lights. Friendly people, prices are fair, but not overpriced. Have a very good selection, even do watch batteries. Wish they would carry UV lights for my reptiles, usually have to order them online because pet stores charge about double.

I had a great experience at this location today. I called and spoke with Ryan about coming in to test my vehicles battery. I needed a second opinion because the dealership where I service my vehicle insisted that my cars battery was fine when I went there yesterday. (My vehicle had to be jumped yesterday, and the tow-truck driver commented that the battery was bad and needed to be changed.) Ryan was very pleasant and helpful when I arrived. He conducted a battery test and it showed that the battery is near the end of its life. (My vehicle is only 2 years old.) I highly recommend Batteries Plus as they have a large selection of lights and batteries along with helpful, knowledgeable, and personable employees. These qualities are lacking in many places today, but happily, they still exist at this store. Go visit them. You wont be disappointed.

I rarely write reviews. This is a necessary exception. I am both amazed and delighted with the attitude, knowledge and performance of Batteries Plus Bulbs in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Nicole was amazing!I have a Samsung Gear 2 Smart Watch which is out of warranty. It became apparent that the battery needed replacement. I searched on-line and found a replacement battery without much difficulty. However, I had no idea what a nightmare was to follow when I tried to get it installed.First, I took my watch and new battery to a very talented and experienced watchmaker I knew. He opened the watch to examine it and quickly closed it back up, explaining that it was not a “watch” but a “computer” and he was not comfortable taking it apart to replace the battery. Then I called Samsung for assistance. They bounced me around from person to person, each one contradicting what I was told by a prior person, going so far as to tell me that no repair was possible because “no replacement parts were available.” The only part needed was the new battery that I was holding in my hand.I then tried several local cellular repair business, hoping that one of them might be able to help. Most refused to even look at the watch, and those that did advised that they were not equipped to attempt the repair. Finally, when I pressed one of them for another recommendation, they suggested Batteries Plus Bulbs in Royal Palm Beach. What a difference from the total lack of help I experienced from all of the prior “experts” I had contacted. In less than 5 minutes my watch had my new battery installed and was running perfectly. This place is a godsend. I would give it 10 stars if I could. We have visited this establishment on 2 occasions. The first was after Office Depot attempted to fix a cracked screen but left my phone screen, front camera and charging port not working and couldnt get it to work after I waited 3 days for my phone. Brought it in and Ryan had it working in less than10 minutes. Second time my charging port on my wifes business phone wasnt working. Ryan took the charging port and the battery from my kids old phone and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Their prices are the best around and the service cant be beat. My battery died and it is Saturday, everywhere (auto centers) was swamped with other vehicles to work on and some places said they couldn’t even change the battery, on my type of vehicle 😳(2016 Kia Sorento)So I looked online, who replaces car batteries and came across Batteries Plus AND it was 20% off if I ordered online. I called the store to make sure they could change out my battery, if I bought it on their site and IF they could do it on my “type of vehicle”. I called and spoke with Marlee, he answered all of my questions and said I could come right in. I got there and they had my battery ready AND Marlee INSTALLED IT for me!! 😝😁 Free installation!! ...and I saved 20%. I couldn’t beat that. Purchase a Duracell Ultra motorcycle battery January 2017, 24 month warranty brought battery into shop because would not hold nor recharge as on trickle charge since day bought. Was met by employee checked battery stated was at or below 4 volts wouldnt do anything because battery was mistreated. Then questioned year & type of motorcycle I own? Harley Davidson mint condition limited edition 2007. Didnt care if called his manager because his last day produced from backroom sign stating policy that Ive never seen before. All wanted was prorated battery and to be treated with respect. Refused give corporate phone numberon gave store (fax) nor Mgr name.

I have used them for my car fobs and they were great. While I was changing my fob. I saw that they also do watch batteries and I thought that would be great. I took in three watches and they replace the batteries with lifetime policy. When I looked at the watches I noticed that one of the watches had lost a knob. They proceeded to tell me I must have lost it prior to giving it to them even though I watch them have a hard time opening two of the watches. As it was an old watch I didnt argue with them but I was not happy. My favorite watch was a Nike that was curved perfectly around my wrist. The next day the watch stopped working. I figured perhaps the battery was bad I took it back 2 weeks later they opened it up and told me that it was rusted and that the seal has been broken and they didnt have a battery to fit the watch. This actually made me very angry considering they were the company who first open the watch and replaced the battery as the watch was SMI diving watch and waterproof and had never been changed since I originally bought the watch 3 years ago; however never did they mention it the first time they touched it. When I presented the card that showed that they have replaced the watch battery recently, they then showed me a policy that said they are not responsible for any damage they may do on watches while they are changing the battery. This was the first time I had ever been shown that policy. They were very adamant that they had no responsibility and they were not responsible for it. Since then there is now a posting regarding damage to items while changing battery, I wish it had been there before I had lost two of my watches. I would not take my watch to them to let them change a battery. I thought what harm could be done its just simply a battery. However I lost my favorite watch. I still use them for my key fob and theyre great for that, but I would be really cautious about using them for anything other than that. I guess its customer beware

I went there to have my phone screen changed and 2 days later it was cracked without me dropping it. I called and was told to come back and see manager. He was very nasty, raising his voice at me, speaking very condescendingly to me. He rudely explained that he couldnt replace my screen and told he was busy working in on an IPad in the back. I would never get any services done there again... I left there almost in tears... After spending $85 less than a week ago. I couldnt even get the courtesy of being spoken to respectfully.

My Jeep battery was dying and the lights on my dash were all going crazy when I saw the Batteries Plus in the plaza and pulled in to see about a battery. Jared found me the matching new battery but came outside to see my battery to double check that the size was correct. After looking at my dead battery he said I could sell you a new battery but it looks to me like yours is under the 3 year factory replacement. Why dont you just go get a free replacement from the people you bought this one from. I told him I couldnt remember where I bought it from and pulled out his cell and made a call and verified PepBoys is the company that sells the battery. He happily refunded me my $187.00 and PepBoys gave me a free new battery like he said. When I told him I couldnt believe how honest and nice he was being he told me hed rather make a customer than a sale and to think of Batteries Plus next time I needed batteries or bulbs for any of my electronics, cell phones and cars. To tell the truth it worked. Ill be a customer for life as well as my family and co-workers. Thanks Jared and thanks Batteries Plus. :)

HORRIBLE DISHONEST SERVICE AND REPAIRS WITH CHEAP FAULTY MATERIAL!! I overpaid for screen repairs ($330) to have my phone back same day. I gave them the phone in the original box with everything intact besides the screen. The phone was returned to me without the sim card slot. When I noticed I returned and the person who returned the phone told me it was like that when I got it there was no use in fighting so I left and had to wait 1 week until I got the replacement..... its not been a month and I have a great case on the phone and it literally fell like 2 feet on a carpet and it CRACKED THE WHOLE FRONT AND PART OF THE BACK. I have a 6month warranty in case the repair was faulty so I come in the store and the assistant manager deflected all blame and told me I had to speak to the store manager. I put all my money in repairing this phone to look presentable for a professional job where I work with my phone. THIS PLACE DOESNT CARE. The employees couldnt care less about you its a sad case of working just for a paycheck. I asked for solutions and they said they couldnt help me.UPDATE OCTOBER 3RD 2018: I spoke to a Samsung National Electronics Specialist in South Florida who said that Batteries Plus Bulbs DID ME DIRTY. They lied about the quality of the screens they used and they overcharged me. They left my frame all dented and sim card slot was stolen. For Samsung users go to ubreakifix its a more professional establishment which is partnered with Samsung official screens. The cost was $210 for replacing LCD screen and EVERYTHING front and back.
