I went in to seek out service since at&t internet is not the best and to my surprise they were able to offer me so much better and at great prices too Dennis was super helpful with Marc very knowledgeable of services and prices as well. That same day I ended up with tv internet and 2 new phones lines as well all for only $90 unlimited everything that’s amazing. You guys were tremendous and a big shout out to Ronnie for hiring you guys woo

Went to discuss Xfinity Mobile. Dennis was very helpful and answered every question we had. He was patient with us as we discussed our options. He never pushed higher priced options and was able to clearly tells the differences between the products.

I got my new iPhone 12 from there and the staff were beyond friendly and professional. The store was very clean and very comfortable to be in. I was in and out in about 25 minutes with my new iPhone 12 and the accessories. Good addition to the plaza.

I went into the xfinity location to make a payment today & I was so lucky to be greeted by Kimberly she was so sweet & friendly from the moment i walked in the door. It was a pleasant surprise to have someone so eager to assist you. I went in there upset about my bill & left there with a wifi bill $35 less than Ive been paying👌, a newer faster router, a cable box w a voice activated remote👍( I didnt even get basic cable before😞) i just used an antenna😅 😎& then on top of all that she casually asked about my phone plan saying she could probably save me some $$ there too.💥💥😁 kimmy saved me & hooked me up from an embarrassing metro phone to the new iphone se for only $28.00 with unlimited data. Only $5.00 more a month. Thank you kimmy😇If you stop in there ask for kimmy its worth the wait(if there is one) I didnt have to wait or make an appt. Just walked in.

Understaffed only two representatives in the store on a Saturday one of them was too busy changing the channels on the TV seeing what was on while there was a line of more than seven outside.

I called customer service regarding an issue with my three TV boxes and customer service ruined my situation completely. They kept sending me TV boxes that werent working and I ended up having 6 non working boxes at home so I decided to go to the store to see if I can resolve the problem. The manager sat me down and went through my account and fixed the whole problem in less than ten minutes. I highly recommend this location.

When I went into the store, the employee was very attentive to what I needed and checked on and added the larger internet package to my service because I asked. Please make sure when you do a survey you listen to every question asked because things can be misunderstood and create a huge misunderstanding. Thank you for activating a new box and for helping me resolve my Internet issues

I came in to get my phone number change because my phone number was sold and was told I was unable to receive their services. As a young woman it is frightening getting multiple texts a day with my name and a link attached not know if someone with gain my information and possibly track me to abduct me. Completely unprofessional and rude staff.

I was greeted when I went in, and the employees seemed nice at first. I thought I was going to have a better experience in the store opposed to getting services over the phone but I was wrong. I went in knowing what I wanted, said I had equipment, and just wanted internet only. The OTHER employee overheard and was trying to push an xfi modem/router rental on me (Im guessing to make commission) by telling me it would be cheaper. I firmly told him I didnt want any rentals, and that I already had my own stuff, AGAIN. After telling the other employee that, the first person who was taking care of me told me he told he couldnt give me the unlimited 1-gigabit internet package plan I wanted because I had my own equipment. I left because miscommunication seems to be a common theme with this company.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had ..they employ unmotivated and uneducated individuals who can only do one menial task at a time recommend that you take all of your Xfinity products and burn them

Made an appointment for new service in store with the agent. They no call, no showed. I came back to the store and they said there’s nothing they can do, here’s a card to call someone else.

After driving to the store off Donald Ross Rd. only to find that store was closed. However it gave instructions by going to Xfinity website to find a store that was still open. It indicated that the store on Southern Blvd was open until 6 p.m.. After driving 18 miles to this store to only find it was also closed. You need to update webpage, it just might save other people wasting their time and gas.
