NOT HAPPY.Brought in my bridesmaid dress to be altered. Had it shortened and the slit lifted higher, cost was $105. They said it would be ready Saturday AM. No call so I called at noon they said please come pick it up at closing.I get there and try my dress on, its done well enough, the slit isnt exactly lined up straight but its flowy so it isnt too noticeable.BUT, I notice two stains on my dress that were not there before. The owner said, Because I wasnt here when you dropped it off I dont know if that stain was there already or not. That stain was NOT there. So all she did for me was offer to pay half of the dry cleaning fee. I did not plan on dry cleaning the dress because that was already done, I was simply going to steam it myself. Now I have to go back later this week and pick it up, again.So I walked out paying $125.75 which was the cost of the dress. RIDICULOUS.

When it comes to expectations from a tailor, Im pretty picky. Ive been using tailors, seamstresses, etc. for most of my adult life, and if Im comparing Chloe to all the ones before her, I can say with certainty, she is the most gifted. Not only does Chloe know all about fabrics and how they perform, but she can instantly assess how to make any garment fit better, regardless of the size or shape of the wearer. Having used Chloe for at least the past five years, I am pleased to say she has always welcomed my ideas to customize outfits, including the more difficult ones for formal wear, and then converted those ideas into flattering one-of-a-kind designs. If you are looking for a specialist, give Chloe a call. She truly is a visionary who excels at her craft. (Plus, shes great with the simple stuff, too.)

I needed same day alterations, and had planned to pick up the dress right before they closed. When I couldn’t make it in time for closing, Chloe had stayed, just so I could pick up my dress. She knew I had a flight early the next morning and that I needed the dress because I’m leaving to be a bridesmaid in a wedding. This is something I don’t think she should have to do for anyone, but I just wanted to give an example of just one of the many unexpected kind acts she did for me today. It’s an example of the kind of professionalism you are likely to get if you choose this place.She also will give you the truth about what services are actually needed even when it may mean she won’t make as much as she was originally set to get. I had to rate 5 stars and I wish I could rate even higher. The service I received today as phenomenally kind, knowledgeable and professional.Thank you again Chloe :).

We have been to Chloe a couple times now. All I can say is she is the best! Shes a very kind lady and always willing to go the extra mile. Ive been there long enough seeing people come and go. They are fantastic! I have been coming here for a while and I have always been pleased with their work and customer service. I took in a bridesmaids gown that was about 4 sizes too large for me and they did such an amazing job on it!

This is my first time going there. She did a great job. The other lady that works with her measure me perfectly. I call many businesses around here in this area to get my pant alternate for Sunday for my chior anniversary. Must stores told me 7 days I need it for Sunday. So I googled different places. Im used to going to the close to me in the Glades area. I will sure keep you all in mind and recommend your business to others. Thanks again for your service.

Highly recommend Chloes services. She is super sweet and great at providing her suggestions but making sure you get what youre wanting. I had a bit of a hard time finding the store using maps, its in the same plaza as Home Depot, in the same strip of stores with Hertz.

Very expensive place!!! I took my daughter dress for an alteration, it was paid in advance as they required. When we went to pick up the dress, it wasnt ready and still need to be steamed. Once the steam was done, they charged me $15.00 extra for the job. Be careful!

My daughters Prom dress needed altering; we were referred to her by a dry cleaner because we only had 3 days until the Prom. She needed it hemmed and the train removed. It was altered perfectly, the cost was reasonable and Chloe did it in 2 days.

Have been coming here for years, Chloe and her staff are all wonderful tailors and pricing is always fair. Highly recommend.
