Stratus has been handling our cleaning services at the Palm Beach Convention Center Garage Offices for almost a year now. They clean our offices as well as our elevators and lobby areas. We are very satisfied with their service. The staff is very flexible with any additional requirements we might present to them, which many are last minute requests. The staff is easily reached and communicates with us very well. The management is professional and I especially love how they follow-up with us periodically to make sure we are satisfied and that there are no issues. This people do not seem to understand that our cleaning service is done by the building owner! We have a couple of offices in the building. They call 3 times a day on the dot, and no matter how many times we ask to be taken from their solicitation list, they will NOT STOP.
