This is a great example of a 5 STAR family owned business. The owner, Matthew Halterman and his lovely wife are young very very hard working people. They were hired to perform spot cleaning and steam cleaning of the carpet my home with one living room, one master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. They arrived on time, performed the work very well and when I walked inside to inspect their work I was 100% satisfied. Their pricing was very competitive! Katie and Matt steam cleaned several upholstered items and a mattress in our house and they were fantastic. Their service was prompt, thorough and professional. They came in the middle of several house projects we were doing (not to mention the hectic nature of our house on a regular basis.) Harbor Tile and Carpet came out the same day (on a SUNDAY!) that I called for an estimate.. They were the only company to follow up with me after receiving an estimate and even beat the other estimates that I received. They came when it was convenient for me, were on time, and spent all day perfecting their work. Even when I did a spot check and said it looked great they went back and made sure their work was immaculate! I cant wait to use them each year!
