This is our go to car wash! They have membership pricing to daily which us super nice. The place is clean and the staff is always helpful. The vacuums are the best and get into the sides of my seats when most vacuums you cant even get tight areas. The best thing is the mat cleaning machine and the small sprayer for areas around your gear shifter and vents. They provide everything.The vacuum and all the cleaners and towels are FREE what a great CS service.

This place is AN EXPERIENCE. Ive been a member of SPCW for about 6 months now and, as someone who gets a big kick out of detailing her own vehicle, THIS place is a GEM. So many options, everything in one place. Their location is convenient as can be and has an extremely efficient and functional set up for customers. 10/10!

Live this place. With my monthly plan on auto pay. When ever my car is dirty, I go and get washed. What used to cost me in car clean supply, and my 2 hours for both cars. This place takes me 10 minutes after I go through the wash to have a completely clean car. I take my cars every two days for one monthly price of $45.00This is with all the qaxes as well. Go see them and sign up. I am 64 and health wise not able to wash my cars in this heat anymore. This place is a God sent to me.Colonel USAF retired

Hands down this is definitely my favorite car wash. I’ve had a membership here for a year and I love how my cars look after I leave there. I also love the amenities they offer. Vacuums, air blowers, car freshener, window cleaner and the rug cleaners are the best. If you are looking for a great car wash to clean your car I definitely recommend this place. The unlimited wash packages are what I love and are very reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly.

Great car wash with a nice selection of products. The 1 thing I loved the most was how fast the selection changed, like from soap to wax. It didnt take a minute that you lost out and paid to stand and wait. Great spot free rinse at the end. Also they have a hand held blower that dries the car off fast and easy.

This was by far the best car wash I have ever seen and used in South Florida in the last 13 years! They have towels, window spray, mat cleaners, free vacuums, a reasonably priced automatic car wash, and friendly customer service. Will definitely be back and recommend you visit also. This place beats any other car wash in West Palm Beach area.

This place is great!! Perfect for the on-the-go vehicle. You drive through an automated wash, which does an awesome job, then you have access to FREE powerful vacuums and FREE window cleaner with cloth towels. The staff are constantly replenishing the towels. Will definitely be a return customer!

Im always a little skeptical about automated car washes. Although this is automated, there are attendants there that will pre-treat areas on your car before you go through. Got my SUV pretty clean. Afterwards, there are vacuum stations that have everything you need to touch up spots (vacuums, air guns, spray bottles with cleaners, microfiber towels, and car mat cleaners) all at no additional fees. The attendants also go around regularly to much sure everything is stocked. I tried them with a free coupon code I got via text for signing up for their text club. I will definitely use them again.

Using the chat feature, I spoke with Daniel Woodward, regarding the services they offered. His replies were immediate and helpful, A+ for customer service. I did not use their services today because I was looking for full service. However, in the future, I will be using them.

This car wash is the best if you prefer to take care of your own vehicle. With a membership, you can go directly through the speed pass lane for contactless entry. After you go through the cool and futuristic outside wash (the lights are fun and remind me of the beginning of Space Mountain at Disney World), there is an area with several amenities that are available for free use to detail your ride. I especially like the air tool for drying tricky areas and cleaning dust out of the mats. The vacuums are strong and there are always plenty of clean, dry, neatly folded microfiber towels, as well as window cleaner and air freshener. The staff are friendly and helpful. The membership is a great idea and makes your car a more comfortable and happy place to be while getting around town.

Getting a $25 car wash for free and then compliments on how nice and shiny my car looked. Nothing better than that. I have been coming here since they opened. The facilities at this car wash are very effective and the staff is accommodating and hard working. This car wash has everything you need after you exit the wash as well, including: microfiber towels, window cleaner, vacuums, compressed air, and mat cleaning machines. I have been very happy with the monthly “deluxe wash” package with the addition to the bug removal. They take the bug removal seriously, thoroughly prepping and scrubbing the car. Highly recommend!

Love this place. There are car washes closer to my home but its totally worth the excellence I get here. I never have to wash twice and their vacuums are insanely strong. I have a dog that sheds very badly but these vacuums are the best. They also have complimentary window cleaner and air freshener with the free vacuums.

Great car wash... many options and all washes get to use the vacuum free, theres even an air compressor to get the dust out of the vents. Highly recommend

This place is great. The entrance is a quick turn so you can easily miss the turn and you will have to go make a huge turn around. They do give military discount but you have to go inside to get it.

After two times of washing the vehicle its still dirty did not come out clean but the employees were friendly and helpful I didnt feel like running it through a third time I believe they would have let me the vacuum station is really great theyve got to dry off towels and air to blow out water from between places you cant get into overall its a three-star car wash business

I really like this car wash especially because of the staff. Doug is an unforgettable employee. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was a manager. We had a bit of a mix up with my monthly fast pass but, he did everything in his power to fix it. The owner Alex was very kind as well and took matter seriously. I wanted to give Doug a tip today but he wouldn’t take it. This shows me morals and shows me that it is not about the money it is about the customers! Thank you Doug for all the hard work you put in to making the customers happy, especially for me and my 3 year old son who absolutely loves the car wash !

Paid $10 to get car washed. The two guys who are supposed to wipe back of my Suv left it all dirty. The machine does not clean back of SUVs so when I got home noticed back of car was dirty. They gave me a free wash but I dis not need to make another trip. $10 is to much for wash even if u get free vacuum.

So, I have been to two other places over the last month but this place was really a step above the others. Loved it, I was there at 730am when they opened and has the whole place to myself.

I love this place!!!!. I even became a member. But there is 1 issue that maybe the owner can help with. Every time I go, I see that the boys that brush the front of the car, some of them have shoes with holes or no the appropiate shoes for the job. Their feet and clothes are constantly wet. This breaks my heart every time i go. I dont think is good for anyone to have their feet wet for hours, it can bring fungus to their feet and other health issues to those boys. My question to the owner is, is it posible to give tall plastic boots and like a long plastic apron to those boys to protect their feet and clothes? ? I am sure you will do something for them. Thank you so much.

Went by today for a basic wash and noticed a 25% price increase, now $10 for a basic wash. I believe they are pricing themselves out for the DIY person. I spoke to one of the attendants and he stated his boss can justify it. The Shell on 441 pulled that ridiculous price increase and that is what brought me to Southern Palms. Time to break out the ole brush and bucket and stay at home.

How dare you guys raise the prices. $8 was more the enough consider the fact that it doesn’t do that good of a job. I am so disappointed. You might as well hold a gun to our heads. There are so many other car washers in the area. Go else where

The guys who work there are so helpful and willing to assist with anything you ask. I’ve never experienced anything less than perfect there. I decided to give this place a try, due to the awesome reviews. I couldnt help but be a bit skeptical, because what could be so awesome about a car wash? How about the awesome customer service. The well maintained self service items. The decent pricing, especially since it includes free use of the vacuum! I am never going anywhere else!! Bravo!

I love this place. I live and work 20+ minutes south of this place, but when I need a really deep clean, I make the trip. They have great customer service and they have these tiny air pressure machines that forcefully blow out air. It makes a huge difference in the cleanliness of my car because I can get rid of dirt/ dust in every nook and cranny of the car. Thank you so much!!!

It was disappointing that our windows and car was still dirty after going through twice. We didn’t want to bother going through a third time and the staff ignored to extra spray the windshield and windows.We were very disappointed with how the car looked after seeing so many great reviews

My favorite nearby car wash to go to. They have affordable wash selections and they use pretty good products. I’ve been going here for the last few months and it’s awesome. They offer a great membership plan to get on which is much needed for the out west home owners. I would definitely recommend coming here. The staff is nice and I believe the owner was around and greeting clients which was super nice 👍🏽 There is also free vacuums to use when you get a wash which is excellent! I’m also sure they offer detailing too so in case you’re too tired to do it.

My first experience I rolled up in my truck and forgot I had a couple things in the bed of my truck, they went out of their way to assist me in removing it and getting it back In my truck! My truck was spotless which is saying a lot since I live on dirt roads. 100 percent satisfied and will be back!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! i love the fact that they have free vacuum with all the rags and liquids to wash your car, and the machine to clean your carpets. The carwash itself is fantastic!! I dont see my self going anywhere else to clean my car. Nobody can clean my car better than me.

Hard to get into eastbound and you have to exit westbound. My car came out super clean though. But I also paid the 20 bucks. I am interested to see how well a cheaper wash does.
