This place should get a negative rating ! So slow! Had to come back 3 times and still waited, despite having an appointment the 3 rd time ! I work in healthcare and I have never experienced a lab office so short staffed and disorganized. Staff seems clueless .

I made an appointment here online and when I walked in I was greeted right away which was good. The only problem is she spoke to me in Spanish and I had to say what. Then while checking to make sure they took my insurance she just said don’t worry about it the maximum charge is $150 and checked me in. I wanted to verify my insurance. That’s the main thing I’m kind of unhappy about is she didn’t really check and just said let’s just do it and wanted me to sign something saying the max they would charge us 150.00 but it was about $800 worth of blood work. Thankfully another woman came up and told me that they didn’t take my insurance and to call them and make sure. I called the insurance company and they in fact did not take LabCorp I had to go to Quest. A big thank you to the woman who said call my insurance company. To the woman who greeted me I’m sorry but you need to work on your language skills and be a little more helpful if somebody is trying to verify their insurance or not. Overall I would go back if they took my insurance because of the woman that walked up and said she didn’t think they took my insurance but to call and see.

Very organized with self check in the attending receptionist was so sweet and kind. Explained everything. Clean office. LEOPOLDINA running the show, checking patients in, answering phone, doing the blood draw as well. Adalberto what a kind patient man. In and out like clock work!

Cheryl was running the place by herself and was pleasant and patient with everyone. I came in near the end of the day and she was so kind. Even though she was busy, she treated her full waiting room efficiently and was very personable. Ill be leaving a 5 star survey as well. I made my appointment online around 8 something this morning and the check in for my appointment (1:30pm)was a breeze. I opted to wait in my car until she was ready. I had pre-employment blood work and testing done and the whole process took about an hour. Great job Cheryl and Lab Corp.

I dont recommend this place to any human being

Terrible experience. The collector typed wrong my ssn ( I read from my ssn card for her, it means I didn’t tell her by remember the wrong numbers) and I drove 30 mins back to ask her for help. She is rude to me and said that “ That is what you told me, I cannot fix it.” Yes, if I don’t speak clearly, she can tell me to reply rather than type wrong and blame for me . Even I gave my ssn card for her to double check, but she ignored .Right, I was not born in America, however I am going to college and I am ABLE to speak correctly at lease those numbers. Never go back here. It does not cost you a penny to say sorry

Absolutely ridiculous. phone service is trash. leaves you on hold when they get agitated. doesn’t know how to help at all. total waste of time to even try to talk to anyone working. will never come to this location, they don’t know how to do their job.

Had read older reviews about poor service, but I made an early morning appointment the night before, online, and when I walked in, I had no wait. The staff were very friendly, and the location was spacious and clean (and only a few blocks from my home). And the phlebotomist did a great job...virtually painless. Im sure that, at peak hours, things would be different, but couldnt be worse than the Palms West location...ugh.

I got in and out within 20 minutes, and the staff were friendly and professional. If I ever need lab work again I will be coming back to this location!

New check in system seems to speed things up. Going in on slower hours is suggested if you can. Only ever has 2 people working there at any given time, so dont be in a hurry when you go. But its clean and the phlebotomists do a good job.

Went early in the morning without appointment and got out in 5 minutes. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

Short wait even without appointment. Very nice staff. Thank you for making routine blood work bearable.

My best advice is to take the time to schedule an appointment online first.

I get my blood taken 3 to 4 times a year and have never been stuck 3 times and left with bruises.

They are slow. Also one of them wouldnt do testing. So I had to drive 30 a to this one. They are very slow and bad.
