Excellent customer service. Luna did my sons hair and it came out fantastic. Its very difficult to find a barber that is gentle and does nice fades. Luna took her time and made sure my son was comfortable and happy with the results. We will definitely be going there from now on. Thank you!!!!

I wanted to step away from a chain/ franchise business. I took my son to Richar Scissors Barber shop for a regular haircut. I read reviews and even checked out the establishments Facebook page. The Facebook page lists back to school haircuts for $15. When I arrived at the business there is a sign clearly posting prices of services. The first item on the list read: Regular Haircut $15. After my son received his regular haircut I was charged $20. I asked why the price was not the same as whats listed on the services board. I was told that $15 is only for kids 10 and under. I told him that his price list was wrong and he completely ignored me. I wont be back because I dont appreciate being lied to. Its a shame because the woman who cut my sons hair did an excellent job. She was very professional and took her time.

Cutting my hair is always been an issue cause they never do it right, but Richar has talent from god himself. He’s been cutting my hair for years and always treats every customer like they’re his favorite client. Always a great experience and always love the result more than the time before.
