I called this organization over 7 times. They promised to call me back. They never did. I went to their workplace in Crestwood Square at different hours. They were always closed and no one is in the office. Many people in my association have their insurance through Brightway Insurance. I wonder if they are really in business. I was there yesterday at 4:45 PM and no one was there. The Website says they close at 5:00 PM. Perhaps they went to the beach. I guess Ill look elsewhere for someone that wants my business.

This is the worst place to go to, they take your money and your policy still gets canceled. When you go to the place they are always closed and never have a clear answer for you. Shannon and Sabrina are both liars and they will steal your money. There has been multiple eviction notices on the doors. This place should be closed down for good. They are bad business.

This Place I have to say is Horrible! I provided all my information and never got a call back or an email response like promised. Shannon quoted me over the phone and I never got anything by email nor call. I finally called several times and she picked up the phone and was confused as to whom I was what she quoted me. I called other companies and they seemed to think it was an incorrect quote as it was way off. I should have read the reviews before I provided my information to this place. Three weeks later I still havent received anything like promised..... Brightway Insurance should really step in and shut them down, this is a horrible way to portray a franchise.

Both Channon and Sabrina are extremely friendly and have been working really hard to get me quoted and signed up. The rate I got was @$80 lower than my previous rate, even with 1 accident on my record. They crushed the prices for General, Geico and Country Wide. I am very pleased with my policy.

Worst place. The two women working at this location are horrible. They do not return calls or even follow up with insurance company. Weeks go by and nothing gets done. Does this place have a manager or someone that I can talk to about this besides these two ladies?

This office, or shall I say, pet store, is the most unprofessional place of business Ive come across. The agent, a one woman show, has NEVER returned one email or call despite the more than 25 messages/emails I sent her. I never received the auto quote as promised. Her voicemail does not accept messages. She has her business phone routed to her daughter at home. Her dog is front and center in the office along with all its toys, food and smell. Her friends and family are in and out and, without regard to the customer sitting there, she chats with them. She also recommended an agent off site for health insurance who we had to report to the Insurance Commissioner due to fraudulently and dishonestly attempting to become our agent by telling us something completely inappropriate. Together, this team should have their licenses revoked and rethink their complete inability to respond to customers as well as their unprofessional and complete and utter disregard in following the guidelines of the insurance industry.
