I was went to the emergency room at my local hospital and while there I was seen by a Dr. Chadi Ibraham with Hospital Consultants. 2 months later I get a bill for $355 that was a covered expense under my healthcare plan. Late I started receiving bills for $29.54 also covered under my healthcare plan. I made several calls to Yeo and Yeo Medical Biller for Hospital Consultants and each time I was treated with complete disrespect and hung up on after asking to speak with a supervisor. I finally was able to speak with someone claiming to be a supervisor and was told I need to contact my insurance company if I wanted any information related to the services provide by Dr. Ibraham. When I called my plan administrator I was told the charges should be paid but Yeo and Yeo billed them incorrectly as an out patient service not emergency service that I was in for. My admin called Yeo and Yeo to explain and was told they billed it correctly and refused to resubmit the billing properly.
